Chapter 51

"Hey Jenn, hey Jaime! This is my um girl friend Gracie." Hayes half smiled. I smiled back. "Hi, I'm Jenn. And this is my friend Jaime." I said waving. Jamie did a small wave to Gracie and we stepped inside. "Cameron and Nash went out, but I will go Oder pizza quickly." Hayes aid walking into the kitchen. "So how did Hayes you meet?" Jaime asked to cover up the awkwardness. "Well, he is in one of my classes, and we started talking and we just liked each other I guess." Gracie said snapping her gum and rolling her eyes. Her looks defiantly do not match her personality. "How do you guys know Hayes?" Gracie asked me scooting closer to me. I slid back against the couch arm. "Well, we can say Hayes and I were very good friends, for the past 5 years." I smiled, defiantly a fake smile, hopefully a believable fake smile. Gracie had a disgusted look on her face. How the fuck did Hayes fall for that... "Okay, well the pizza is ordered!" Hayes said walking back in and sitting between Gracie and I. I nodded and Hayes asked what we wanted to watch and we pretty much all agreed on Netflix. The doorbell rang and Hayes sat up from the couch and answers the door. Hayes thanks the delivery man as shit the door. Hayes took out glass plates from the cabinet and Hayes excused himself for a minute. "I have one thing to say Jenn." Gracie said. "Mhm?" I said taking a bite of my pizza and setting it back down on the plate. "stay away from hayes." Gracie said sternly. "Hayes and I are good friends." I said "I've heard about your past, I've done my research, just so you know Hayes and you are the past and I'm his present at the moment, I would take a step back." Gracie scoffed. Jamie just stayed quiet. before I could defend myself Hayes came back in the room thinking everything was going great.
Well guess what
It's not going great.

"Why does she have to be so rude, she is acting like I still have feeling for Hayes! and that is clearly not the answer!" I scoffed. "Is it not obvious to you?" Jamie asked putting her books away. "What?" I asked sitting on the couch. "You still love Hayes." Jaime said. "What? How could you say that? Never again, and he likes that tramp anyway." I scoffed. "She is obviously using Hayes and Nash for their fame." I said sighing. "Your probably right Jenn" Jaime said sitting next to me on the couch. "But Hayes will realize it soon. You may still have feelings for Hayes but you can't help it about who you fall for." Jamie said rubbing my back. I smiled "thanks jay." Jaime smiled and stood up, "welcome Jenny, so sorry to kinda ruin your day but, it's time for class." Jaime laughed. I rolled my eyes and nodded and picked up my binder and bag and walked out the door and Jaime shut the door behind us. We walked down the hallway and into the elevator. "Okay, since I don't have physiologically today I have my Zoology class today, so I will see you at 7 tonight!" Jaime smiled. I sighed, "okay, meet me at Starbucks, on 3rd street promenade." Jaime smiled "okay, see you later." Jamie smiled and she walked off to the other side of campus. Me being my clumsy self, I was walking not paying attention to where I was going I accidentally bumped into somebody. "Oh- I'm sorry sorry!" I said. The person looked up, and just my luck it was Hayes. "Oh hey Jenn, um no worries, it was my fault.." Hayes said picking up his binder. "No, don't blame yourself it was me, but um wanna hang out after class?" He asked scratching the back of his neck. "Well, Jaime and I are meeting at the Starbucks on 3rd street promenade your more than welcome to join us!" I smiled. Hayes smiled and nodded, "sounds like a plan meet me at the center and we can go!" He smiled. I nodded, "okay see you then." I said turning around walking in the direction of my class.

|~Hayes POV~|
I can't stand not being with Jenn, ever since I saw her at the store, my mind hasn't stopped playing her beautiful face and voice in my mind over and over. My mind is like an broken record player that is constantly reminding me of her. Yea, Gracie is nice and all, but nobody understands my nonstop love for Jenn. I haven't stopped and never will stop loving her, I know she pro halt moved on, I've seen pictures in the past year with her on dates or out with out her guys, I mean I could be wrong but back in Florida when she moved she had pictures with zack. I could be 99.9% sure they were together, but maybe he changed. I guess I will never know but the guys were absolutely broken since she left. Especially matthew, he hasn't heard from Jenn in years. But Matt is 21 now, living in LA he is always out with Cameron and Nash and the other guys exploring LA, making short films and photo shoots. But just because their careers are taking off, doesn't mean that any of us forgot about the past. I will never forget Jenn, but something about her makes me go absolutely crazy. When she came over with Jamie I was really hoping that Gracie wasn't coming and I was also really hoping Jenn would come alone but just my luck the opposite happened. Jenn didn't come alone, and Gracie came over. Gracie knew I invited somebody over, but she didn't know I invited Jenn, my ex girlfriend, but Gracie will never find out she is my EX. Especially since I still love Jenn.
