Chapter 52;

I watched the clock until the professor dismissed us and we left the campus. My class was four hours today, right now it's 7:45 pm, we are not aloud to leave the campus after 7:55 , Jamie's class ended at 6:30 but she left before the gates closed. Hayes's class ended at 5:45 I believe so hopefully Hayes is off campus right now. I ran to the parking garage and unlocked my car. I needed to get off campus before the gates close. If we have to camp outside the gates then I guess we will. I showed them my I.D card and they opened the gates for me and it closed behind me. I stayed under the speed limit until I was off the school road and drove to the promenade. I found a spot and payed the meter and I walked down the promenade and I walked to the little Starbucks shop and saw Hayes and Jaime sitting at one of the small round tables. I joined them and sat down in one of the seats. "Hey guys." I smiled "hey!" Hayes and Jaime said in sync. "My professor was letting us out late, I didn't think I could get out of campus." I said putting my car keys in my purse. "Well, if we can't get back on campus at least we can go to Cameron and Nash's." Jaime and I nodded. "Well, I'm going to order drinks, what do you guys want?" I asked taking my wallet out of my purse. "Caramel frap." Jaime said "same for me." Hayes said giving me a twenty. I shook my head and put Hayes' twenty back on the table. "Nope, it's on me." Hayes sighed. Before he would start debating on who is buying the drinks and I went on line. I ordered our drinks and came back to the table. I handed Jaime and Hayes their fraps and sat down. We were all talking and laughing having a nice time but Hayes stood up and told us to listen to the song. "Oh my god, is that shawn?!?" I asked almost screeching. Hayes nodded smiling and signing along to his new song. "Something big I feel it happening oooh!" We all sang along in the small starbucks. "THAT HIGH NOTE THOUGH!" I yelled. Jaime and Hayes starting laughing holding their stomachs. "Please keep it down, or I would have to kindly have to ask you to leave." One of the workers said. We apologized and continued to giggle and little. "Wanna go walked around Santa Monica?" Jaime asked, Hayes and I nodded and we sat up and walked out. If you have never been to California, the promenade is on Santa Monica beach, we walked down the block and we walked down the little driveway that lead to the boardwalk. All of the Palm trees swaying in the cool breeze. It gets a little chilly at night in California. I checked the time and it was currently 9:45. "You guys wanna run along the shore?" Hayes asked. Jaime and I looked at each other and giggled. We nodded and we walked down the steps on the pier and we walked along the warm sand. We walked up the water and we starting running.it felt like a movie. Running along Santa Monica beach on the shore, hair swaying in the wind, it kid a felt like a fairytale with my two best friends along my side. After about an hour of running around and having the time of our lives Jaime said she was going to the bathroom quickly and that left Hayes and I alone. This hasn't happened in years. "So, since we are alone." Hayes smirked. I smiled and Hayes pressed his lips onto mine. I missed his lips on mine, I've missed his touch I've missed everything about him. He is perfect to me, he can put all of my broken pieces back together after they have all been smashed into pieces. If Hayes didn't come into my life five years ago, where would I be now? Probably dead. As Hayes and I's lips moved in sync I broke the kiss and rested my forehead on his. Hayes' hands were around my waist and mine were secured around his neck. "So where does this lead us now?"Hayes asked "well, aren't you dating Gracie?" I said almost choking on my words. "Don't worry about her." Hayes said smiling and kissing me again.

I woke up the next morning seeing Hayes and Jaime on either side of me. I looked at the time and it was 11:45. My eyes shot open. "JAIME HAYES WAKE UP NOW!" I shouted trying to get my things together. Hayes and Jaime shot up confused. "Guys, we had class at 11 it's 11:45." I said. Jaime was fully awake now tying to find her things and Hayes just sat there. "Hayes we have to go." I said picking up my phone. "Guys, you don't have clothes, class ends already in about an hour lets just relax calm down, it can't hurt to miss a day." Jaime shrugged "eh, he is kinda right." I nodded and sat down on the bed, "yeah I guess it won't be bad." I said. "What time did we get back here?" I asked "around 12ish maybe" Hayes said. "Well, maybe we should at least get back to campus, where is cam and nash?" I asked. "Cameron is sleeping and sous nash wanna wake them up?" Hayes asked. "Jaime and I nodded and we walked upstairs. We all looked at each other like we had the same exact idea, I put out my fingers counting down to three. We barged into Nash's room and we screamed, "WAKE UP NASH!!" We all jumped on his bed and be shot up from his bed. "Get out!" Nash said going under his blankets."dude, were leaving, we are going back to campus BYE!" Hayes said laughing. Nash mumbled something but we couldn't hear. We sh urged and walked out of nash's room and we walked to Cameron's room. I walked in and yelled, "BYE CAMMY!!" I yelled. Jaime laughed and we walked down the stairs going to our cars. We had to go separately since Jaime had her car, Hayes had his and I had my own. And then we all drove off to campus. Last night was defiantly a night to remember.

"JENN WE ARE GOING SHOPPING!" Jaime yelled causing me to laugh. I nodded, "wait I spent my money the other night at a target, and the rest of it at Starbucks." I said. "It's on me then, come on girl lets go we have no classes today!" I nodded and we went out the door and shut our door behind us and locked it. We got into Jamie's car and we drove off campus. Before they opened the gate we handed him both of our I.D's and the gate opened and we were off to go dress shopping. "Jaime why are we going dress shopping?" I asked plugging in my phone to the USB and playing music. "Well, you know my friend Dillion?" Jaime asked stopping at a stop light. I nodded. "Well, he invited us to a party tonight at 7!" My eyes shot open and I looked at Jaime. "And we are going!" I put my phone in my lap and looked back up at Jaime. "WHAT? Jaime, I'm not going!" I said. "Well we are going dress shopping right now! Come on Jenny please! We are in college lets have some fun! Plus it's a Friday! We have no classes tomorrow!" Jaime said pulling into the mall parking lot. I sighed, "alright fine, but I swear if anything happens, or any college guys try to get with me I swear-"
"Jenn! Calm down, that won't happen!" I nodded "it better not..." Jamie laughed, "come on let's go inside." I nodded and we stepped out of the car and walked into the mall and went into the dress shop.
"Jenn look at this dress! This will fit you absolutely perfectly!" Jamie cooed.it was a black ruffled dress. And the top it had sparkles. I tried it on and looked in the mirror. It was defiantly tight. But I guess it will do.i stepped out of the dressing room and Jamie was in awe. "You literally have the Victoria secret model body." Jamie said "your getting that dress. Now get back in that dressing room, put your clothes back on and we are buying that dress." Jaime commanded. I laughed and nodded.

"Perfect" Jamie said doing my last spiral curl in my hair. "Jaime, you need to open a hair dressing shop!" Jamie shrugged. "I don't know, maybe it's not really what I want my life to be." Jaime said. I nodded. "I know but it can always be a backup plan before you get your dream job." Jaime nodded. "Yeah that's true."

"And you look absolutely perfect!" I said thrilled. "Let me see my makeup!" Jaime said jumping in her chair. I laughed "okay okay, here look." I turned Jaime in her chair and she was in awe. "Jenn, it looks amazing! Thank you!" Jamie said standing up hugging me. I smiled. I did a light smokey eye with winged black eyeliner and red lipstick and blush. "Your green eyes are like glowing right now!" I said being thrilled about her eyes. Jaime laughed "thanks Jenny love you." I laughed love yah too."

"Okay well wanna get going soon-" Jamie said getting cut off by a knock on the door. I giggled "I got the door." I sat up from the couch and walked to the dorm door and unlocked it. "Oh hey Hayes!" I smiled. Jaime looked up and walked up behind me. "Hey girls! Where are you heading?" Hayes asked balancing on his heels. "Oh, we are going to Dillion Rupps party." I smiled "yep, were leaving in a few minutes." Jamie smiled. "Oh, cool well wanna hang out tomorrow? Hayes asked looking down. "Yeah sure! Sounds good see you tomorrow Hayes!" I smiled "bye, and by the way you guys look absolutely beautiful, be careful." Hayes waved and walked down the hallway. "Okay ready hot stuff?" Jamie asked. I nodded and laughed "let's go." Jamie shut the door behind us and we were on our way
