Chapter 57

I picked up Rachel from her crib. I walked back into my empty room. Hayes was away, for an event. Of coruse. Hayes has been away for the past two weeks. But honestly, Im used to it. The guys have actually been keeping me company. You see, I would love to go out clubbing and having fun but, now that I have Rachel, I can't. Since Hayes is away, I have no choice except to stay here with Rachel. I sighed, while I sat onto Hayes and I king sized bed and fed Rachel her bottle while sighlty rocking her. I heard knocking downstairs and I noticed Rachel fell a sleep whle eating. I set Rachel down in her small crib in my room that has been in here sicne she was born. I walked to my bedroom door and shut it quietly. I walked down the steps and I looked in the little rear window. I unlcoked the door and Matthew and Julia and their son Christopher walking in holding Matt and Julia's hands. "Hey guys! What brings you here?" I say opening the door wider and letting them come inside. "Come, lets sit!" Matt said happily, Julia giggling at Matthew and puting Chris in their lap. "Here." Matt handed me an envelope with no title. I looked at them with a questioning look. "Just open it Jenn!" Julia said smiling. I laughed and shook my head and ripped open the envelope. I took out the piece of paper and I flipped it over na dmy eyes widened. "Ticket to Florida?" Matt and Julia nodded. "Everyone is going!" Julia said clapping her hands together. "Well what exactly are we doing?" I asked taking out one more envelope obviously for Hayes. "We are all going on a Royal Carribean cruise!" Matt said jumping up and down. 

He has not changed one bit..

"WHAT? WHO IS PAYING FOR THIS? HOW? WHAT? GUYS!" I said jumping up from my chair and hugging Matt and Julia.

"Don't worry about it Jenn. Hayes payed for you two. Since he is away, he wanted us to deliver the gift. We are all going on this vacation." Matt smiled.

"Wait, wait. What about our kids?" I asked

"Well, we can hire our babysitters. And can't you just ask Stacey?" 

Oh yeah I don't think I said. Stacey now works for me in Hayes and I's new home. 

"Oh! well, I think we are settled! When are we going?"

"One month. But don't worry we will be gone for two weeks. We are staying in Fort Lauderdale for a week then a seven day cruise." Julia smiled.

"Oh my god! This is going to be so much fun!"

Hopefully nothing goes wrong...

~Three weeks later~

It has almost been a month since the last i've seen Hayes. Yes, he still proceded to facetime me, and call and text me and do whatver he can, but on his time. I feel liek he only worries about himself but I guess he is just to busy. Rachel was staying home and Stacey gladly offered to watch her while I go to starbucks. "Thank's Stacey I will be back in about fourty five minutes." I waved and kissed Rachel's forehead and got into my white acura. I pulled out of the driveway and I made my way to starbucks. As I drove, I just listened to the songs on the LA music station. I swayed my head to the music and I finally made it to starbucks. I got out of the truck and shut the door. I walked inside and ordered my drink. "Thank you have a nice day." The girl smiled and handed me my drink at the waiting counter. It was quite busy and I just sat at a two person seating. My phone started buzing and it was Hayes. I answered the call said hello. "Hey baby how are you?" I blushed

I miss him

"Im in starbucks. How are you babe?" I asked sipping my drink.

"Everything is great. Im flying home tomorrow and then after the vacation Cam Nash and I are flying back down here." Hayes said

I took a deep breath. "Hayes, really?"

"What Jenn?"

"You are going to spend two weeks with me and then just leave?"

"Well, I have no choice jenny."

"Hayes your never around! You have not seen your own daughter in almost a month! This is getting absoutley rediclouis Hayes."

"Jenn, I don't have time to argue."

"Hayes." I said while taking a depe breath. " Im not trying to argue. Im just saying you need to work with your schuedle and start seeing your family just a little more often dont cha' think?"

"Jenny, babe im sorry okay?"

"Hayes, no you just don't say anything, you just agree with your managers."

"Jenn im sorry babe."

"Hayes your always sorry..." I said sighing

"Jenny, I love you so much okay? I will see you tomorrow babe." And with that he hung up.

He freaking hung up? He just has no excuse. What is the point of marriage if he is never around?

It was the next day and I decided to take Rachel with me. She just mumbles and it makes me laugh and happy because she is so adrobale. Her beautiful bright blue eyes that sparkle and you can get lost in. She is really beautiful. I strapped Rachel in her car seat and I went to the drivers seat and drove to the airport.

Once we got to the airport I got Rach out of her seat and she just mumbled and twirled my hair in her fingers. I giggled and kissed her forehead and went inside and sat at Hayes's baggiage claim. I heard the siren go off indicating that the luggage is coming out and I saw people starting to come off the plane. I was searching through the crowd and saw Hayes walking looking down on his phone holding his carry-on. "HAYES!" I yelled really loudly.

Hayes looked up and smiled. "Hey beautiful." Hayes said kissing my lips passionatley and pecking my lips once more and he took Rachel from my arms and hugged and kissed and played with her. Hayes held Rachel on one of his arms and I took his suitcase and rolled it and he held my other hand. We got into the car and as I starated to drive Hayes' hand went onto my thigh and he kissed my cheek and said, "I've missed you so much baby girl."

"I've missed you more handsome." I was at a stoplight and I had an erge to kiss his lips. I guess he had the same idea and he turned his head and kissed me. "I love you so much Jenn."

"I love you so much more Benjamin."

"Don't call me that!" 

I laighed and kissed his cheek and the light turned green and I drove home.
