"How is this connected to me?"

"Would you just tell me why'd you bring me here? Instead of going to school?" I ask him as I sat down on the edge of his bed.

"I needed to tell you something." He tells me as he fixed some things in his desk. "Something very important for you to know."

I look at him confused. What did I need to know that was so important?

"It's about this girl." He started off. "Her name's Nadia."

"What about this Nadia girl?" I ask him sounding like a jealous girlfriend.

God I am not even close to jealous.

"She's back here. She goes to our school and it's her first day today." He explains.

"I'm confused." I spoke. "How is this connected to me?"

"You see, I might have been a player for the longest time you've known me and you have to know what caused it." He says giving me an idea.

Don't tell me this was all the girl's fault...

"Nadia was my ex girlfriend." He spat out as my eyes shoot and look at him.

"Who knew you could get a girlfriend." I managed to tell him.

"Who are you to me right now?" He asks.

I just stayed dead silent.

"You're my girlfriend." He says.

Fake girlfriend.

"Yeah, well, I was just messing with you." I tell him.

"Yeah, okay, anyways, she was my ex. And she was shit." He tells me. "She would abuse me and do whatever she wants with me. She cheated on me but we somehow managed to be still together then she started making out with other boys."

He paused for a while as I looked at him concerned.

I look at him and all I could see was disappointment. He was hurt.

"Then?" I asked.

"I broke up with her. But I loved her." He told me. "So I started using girls as my distraction from her."

"Oh," i managed to say.

"Then it wasn't just kisses anymore. I started to never grow feelings for anyone else after that. Only get them to bed on those shits. Lauren said I was a player. Though I didn't think of it as much. I just kept doing it." He states. "But now, I am one."

"Shit what do we do?" Maddie asks me as I get a little panick attack.

"How did she know?" I ask Maddie.

"We need to find Johnny." She says as I nod.

We both run out of school and went to my house.

"What are we doing here?" Maddie asks.

"I thought this was a good place to start." I tell her.

"But this place is dead silent." She says. "No one's in here."

"We could at least try looking." I reason out.

We both look around the house.

No sign of Johnny.

We both ended up with the one last room we haven't checked.

Johnny's room.

He doesn't want anyone going in his room unless he says so. Mostly his friends are in their or it's one of his make-out girls.

But mostly his friends. He doesn't have any make-out girls at the moment.

Considering he is dating my best friend, Annie.

I gently turn the knob on the door and pushed the door wide open without entering.

"Don't move a step forward, Maddie." I warned her. "You do not want to go in."

"But we have to." She says.

"If I get killed by my brother I'm telling him it was all you." I tell her.

"I don't care. Let's just get in!" She says.

"It doesn't even look like he's in here." I tell her as I look inside his room.

"He can be in the bathroom." She says as she enters my brother's room.

I carefully walk in as well, as I hope my brother won't see me in here.

"The bathroom door's unlocked. Plus, the light's turned off." I state.

"Okay, so Johnny's not here." Maddie says as we both walk out of my house.

"Shit. They're here." I mumble as I hear Lauren and Maddie's voices in the living room.

"Who's here?" Annie asks.

"My sister." I tell her. "And Maddie."

"What are we gonna do?" She asks.

"Follow me." I tell her.

We both stand up and I look at her.

"You won't like it but it's the best so we won't get caught." I warned her.

"Just do it." She says. "As long as we don't get caught."

I pulled her into my closet.

Okay, I know a lot of you might have reacted but before you even get started, I clean my closet. No dirty clothes and whatever shits is in there.

Don't at me.

And

Not to brag but my closet's big enough for the both of us to actually walk around.

Again, don't at me.
