"I'm killing that son of a bitch if I have too!" I exclaim.

"We don't have a choice, they're sucking each others faces off." Jayden states.

"He's stealing our bestfriend!" I tell her.

"Does Johnny even know?" Annie asks.

"I don't think so," Jayden replies.

"Of course he doesn't, he would've killed Carson if he knew." I tell the both of them.

"What are we gonna do?" Annie asks.

"I'm leaving." I spoke before walking off.

"Hey!" Jayden calls out. "You can't just walk away."

"Yeah, Jay's right." Annie agrees. "Single or not, she's still our best friend. We should be happy for her, right?"

I sigh.

"Fine." I tell them. "But I ain't looking at them shove their tongues into each others throats."

Jayden and Annie lets out small laughs.

"You're just jealous that you're single." Jayden says.

"Hey, I'm not the only one!" I tell her, referring to Annie.

"Hey!" Annie looks at me, realizing she's the one I'm referring to.

"Okay, okay, what about we all go to the party this Friday so we could forget this ever happened." Jayden changes the topic.

"No." Annie instantly states. "You guys can't make me."

"I'm down." I tell Jayden.

"Why don't you wanna go, Ann's?" Jayden asks.

"Yeah, why?" I ask Annie as well.

"Nope, not this time. Sorry." She tells us.

"Even if John's gonna be there?" I tell her.

"I'm not going." She states.

"Well, looks like it's just you and me then." Jayden says looking at me.

"I'll talk to you guys later." Annie says before walking off.

"I'm gonna head to class." I tell Jayden before we head our own separate ways.

"I'm positive. I am not going." She replies

"Fine." I sigh. "John didn't insist in staying with you tonight?"

"No." She replies. "I told him to go."

"You know he'll just get wasted there, right?" I ask her.
