Waking up in a mysterious place is one of the worst things I am terrified about.

And here we are now.

I'm kidnapped.

I knew it.

I knew it all along.

The more distant I am with Johnny just makes things worse.

And I actually miss him.

I need him right now.

I regret saying all of the things I said to him.

From him being an ex-member of the Serpents.

To the time I called him dangerous.

Why did I even call him dangerous?

There are people out there more dangerous than him.

And I miss him.

I need him so bad right now.

But I think he doesn't even know I'm missing.

I bet he's mad at me for whatever I have done to him.

Lauren could be mad at me.

Even Maddie.

"Please, dad." I try one more time. "This is Annie's we're saving."

"But it's too dangerous kiddo." My father replies, meaning another no for me.

"My friends are there." I tell him.

"Too dangerous." He replies.

"What do you mean 'too dangerous'?" I ask. "I killed his daughter, remember?"

"You do have a point." He says. "But it's still a no. You can get killed anytime soon, you know."

"I'm ready." I tell him.

"No." He replies.

I groan.

When will this man ever allow me to come back to the gang?

"Please?" I ask one more time. "You don't know what Henderson can do to her."

"Henderson can do nothing to her." My dad says.

"This is Annie we're talking about." I tell him again. "She's sensitive."

"Every girl is sensitive, Johnny." He tells me.

"Dad, we save the girl and we forget this ever happened." I tell him.

"Why do you always care about her?" My father asks. "I know you two dated and all."

"Why?" I tell him. "Because I love her."

"And when I love her, I do anything just to make things clear with her." I explain. "She's still mine, you know."

And then there was silence.

"Can we save go her now?" I ask in a bit of a tired tone.

"Fine." My father gives in. "But I don't make promises when someone gets killed."

"Wait, really?" Maddie asks. "You're back?"

I nod.

"Well isn't that great." Lexi says sarcastically.

"Hey!" I tell her. "You were the ones who told me to go back..."

"Well then," Jayden started off. "Welcome back, gangster."

Maddie holds in her laughs.

I rolled my eyes.

"Well?" Carson asks.

"Well what?" I reply.

"Go get your girl, dude." Carson explains.

"I can't." I tell him. "Not yet."

"What? Why not now?!" Maddie asks.

"Father's orders." I reply back. "Take it, or leave it."

"You're seriously going to follow those rules?" Jayden asks. "I thought this is Annie we're talking about?"

"It is Annie." I tell her.

"Then go." Maddie says. "She could be dead the next second, Johnny."

I look at all of them.

"No one will come after me." I stated.

"Woahh there." Carson says. "You can't go there on your own."

"I think I can handle him." I tell Carson. "Or them."

"You are definitely not going there to fight battles on your own." Lexi says. "You against Henderson? Nah."

"You might die as well before finding Annie." Maddie says.

"Alright." I tell them. "Fine."

"Hooray." Jayden says sarcastically.

"So of we're going to save Annie, what's the plan?" Connor asks.

I look at him and shrug.

"You don't fucking know how to kill him?" Maddie asks.

"Hey, I know how to kill." I tell her.

"You've gotta have a plan, idiot." Jayden tells me.

"Fine." I tell them. "We all just need to kill the enemy."
