A couple of years ago, I spent my days wishing that I could just see or be with Harry for one last time. And I promised myself that if I could, I would be able to stop loving him. That I could finally move on. In a way, this wish was closure for me, that my first true love, and best friend, was through with me. 

Now, my wish has come true. And all those things I promised, well, those are just some promises I simply cannot keep.

After leaving Louis at a Italion restaurant next door, Harry and I went to The Hook. Basically, it was a hip coffee shop for uni kids to hang out in. 

Things were awkward at first. Probably because this was my first time seeing Harry since he left.. Yeah, that was definately why it was awkward. All I could do was admire Harry's stunning eyes, those beautiful curls, his adorable black, Hipsta please shirt, and just everything else. It hurt my heart to see all of these things and know, they all used to be mine. And I really thought that they would always be mine. Yet, here we are. The last thing Harry is, is mine.

"Maddie, I can't explain why I left. I just did.And I am so sorry. I thought that the show was my one big chance, and being the dickhead I was at the time, I thought that fame was more important."

I hesitated before saying, "You broke me, Harry. You broke my heart."

A pained expression appears on his face. "I am not saying that you have to forgive me. All I want, is to have you back. Even if that means that we are just friends."

I chuckle quietly.

"What?" Harry questions.

"It's funny that you say that, because that is exactly what we said on that first night."
