I'm still shaken up from last nights experience, but I try to shove that to the back of my mind. When everyone awoke, they asked me repeatedly about what happened.

I refused to give them a straight answer, too afraid to explain with the events being so recent.

My group and I start heading towards the town, and it takes a few hours of our time. We wander the streets for a while, not entirely sure on what we should do.

It's eventually decided, after slaughtering some walkers, that we should find a place to stay. Hopefully to settle down for around a week or so.

Bill points out an empty house and we enter, being sure to clear it of everything before casually relaxing in the living room. Of course, we barricaded the place to be safe.

We don't have much planned for the day, so we choose to spend it having fun. Just taking a break for a bit from all of the drama that had ensued for the last couple days.

One thing just kept hurtling at us after another, and it's very tiring. It's like we can't ever catch a break, what with the death of Mike, that visit from It, and several hoards.

There weren't many moments in which we could all just chill out. Everything was far too hectic for much of that.

Conversations thrive amongst our group, and I find myself having a pleasant one with Stanley. We get to know one another better, and he even gets me to laugh a few times. Not loudly, but enough to make a difference.

I notice Bill glancing in our direction every so often from across the room, and I can't pinpoint the look he has on his face every time.

I shrug it off, not thinking much of it.

Hours go by and night comes pretty fast.

We all choose partners, with one group of three, before each of us take a room upstairs.

The groups are Richie and Eddie, Beverly and Ben, and that leaves Bill, Stanley and I as the final one.

Nobody will be left alone.

Too risky.

Stanley is out like a light as soon as his head hits the pillow. Bill and I are sharing the other bed in the room, and we're just talking quietly as not to wake him up.

In the midst of our conversation, we're able to hear Eddie and Richie from the room next to ours. They aren't talking, but rather seemingly doing something else.

I'm not sure how serious it is in there, and I really don't want to know, but I know that they are at least making out. As a minimum.

I smirk and knock on the wall a few times, proclaiming to them, "Beep-beep, guys! Beep-fuckin'-beep!"

Bill and I break out into a quiet hysterical laughter as the two of them shut up, and we can hear their whisper-yelling bickering.

"I told you, Richie!"
"Oh, shut it, Eds!"

There's a slight shuffling sound and then a little bang, as if their bed-board had hit the wall between us. And then the two are virtually silent.

I can only imagine one of two possible scenarios.

One of them had got up to use to restroom, or Richie pinned Eddie down and started kissing him again.

The latter is what I'm thinking is happening.

After a few more chuckles from Bill and me, he stands up and offers me his hand. Confused, I take it and he leads me to the window. He opens it and steps onto the roof, then gives me his hand again and leads me out there with him.

We end up having our talk under the stars. The conversation went from one thing, like favorites, to something entirely different, like sexual orientations.

I explained to him that I'm apart of the LGBT community, but gave no further hints.

Bill ended up guessing what I am fairly quickly: transgender and pansexual.

He informed me that he himself is also pansexual, which is a relief to me.

It's as if a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders, but I'm not entirely sure why.

When we got too tired to stay up any longer, we went back inside and headed to bed.

That very morning, I woke up cuddled in his arms. It was quite awkward when Bill had to wake up for me to be able to actually remove myself from his grip, but I found the whole situation to be kinda cute.

Also, needless to say, Richie and Eddie were teased mercilessly about how loud they had been last night before I shut them up. Not to mention the dark red marks left on Eddie's neck that Richie had gifted him.
