For this ending, just pretend you caught Zed before he Shadow yeeted out of your room.
With that he slightly lifted his helmet, also swiftly lifted yours, and planted a quick kiss on your lips. And just like that—
"Wait."
Zed stopped just as he was about to transform.
"(Y/N)—"
"I love you too."
Zed stayed silent. You walked up to him, and gently removed his helmet. He made no attempts to stop you, but flinched as his eyes met yours. Your eyes widened slightly. You hadn't seen Zed's face for quite some time, probably ever since he got banished.
You gently leaned in and returned the kiss he gave you earlier. It took him a bit, but he eventually returned the kiss, one hand behind your neck and an arm securely around your waist. You both continued to exchange kisses until Zed pulled away.
"Are you still going to meet Shen tonight?.." he murmured.
"No."
"Good."
His face was full of scars, but you smiled and gently cupped his face. Then, a rare sight occurred-
He smiled back.
"I'll come by again later tonight then."
