STALKED BY MY PATIENT

Chapter 39

Johnathan POV...

So thanks to Mr. Fox, Lucas and Tom, I'm in jail with them facing different sentences.
I haven't don't anything for me to be in here. But just knowing about what their plans were and being with them, got me in here. Damn, my plans of being with Dr. Scott is long gone. She will never want me. Look where I'm I... in God damn jail facing God knows what sentences.

Just like that, a police officer came by the door of the cell and said, "Mr. Johnathan Ross, you're free to go."

I'm confused but yet happy. I get to go and not to stay in this cell with Mr. Fox, Lucas and Tom.

I stood up to go and they were like, " He gets to go. He was part of this." With that, I walked out. I wonder who bailed me out... Then I saw my brother.

"Tyler?" I said.

"Yes, It wasn't me." He replied.

"So who did?" I asked.

"It was him!" He pointed at a man who happens to be my dad. Damn, I didn't want him involved...
I am so disappointed in myself right now. I always hated to disappoint my dad especially.

"Johnathan, I read the reports and turns out you're not guilty. You were just there at the wrong place at the wrong time. But also since you were with them cuz you have known them that's why you were in there." My dad explained.

"So what about them?"I asked

"Well, Mr. Fox will serve 15 years in prison. Tom will have 20 years and Lucas will have 6 months." He further said.

I didn't say anything. Since Mr. Fox did all those bad actions, he has to pay the price. And as for Tom, he impersonated a detective and did other things that I can't really remember. Lucas was charged for helping them with their plans so he only got 6 months. Although he is my friend, he has to pay the price for kidnapping Kaitlyn.

My dad, Tyler and I made our way out of the police headquarters. We drove home in silence... I wonder what Kaityln is doing at this exact moment?

Kaityln POV...

"Put me down!" I shouted at Xavier. He held me over his shoulders.

"Why would I do that?" He asked laughing.

"C'mon put me down!" I yelled.

"Fine!" He said. And with that he put me down and held me close to him.

We were in our own house in Bora Bora. This was one of the surprises Xavier did. He bought a house in Bora Bora. Like what?

So now we can visit here whenever we want.

"So you like your surprise?" He asked.

"By surprise you mean coming here or you buying this house?" I asked.

"Both!" He answers.

"Well then, I love it. And I love you so much for doing this." I said.

"Love you too my darling. I am so glad that you like your surprises." He said.

I smiled and I kissed him. We kissed for what felt like hours. Then he broke it to ask, "Kathie, What you wanna do today ?"

"Amm, Let's do something fun. Like go swimming or go for a boat ride?" I suggested.

"Let's do both." He said and I nod.

He grabbed his phone and made a phone call. Then he said get dressed and let's go.

****Time Skip****

We had a ball of a time. We really enjoyed it. Now we are just laying in bed all cuddled up.

"Babe, do you mind if I ask you some questions?" I asked him.

"Sure, go ahead." He replied.

"Am I pretty?"

"No"

"Would you do anything for me?"

"No"

"Do you like me?"

"No"

"Would you choose me or your life?"

"My life"

"Kaitlyn...
You ain't pretty, You're beautiful.
I wouldn't do anything for you, cuz I would do everything for you.
I don't like you, cuz I love you.
And I would choose my life cuz you're my life."

"Awww... You're the sweetest."

With that, we fell asleep.

Xavier POV...

Kathie fell asleep in my arms. Damn I love her to death. Okay So, the surprises were bringing her here and that I bought a house here in Bora Bora. But I have more in store for her. She will not expect anything. All she thought was that the surprise was bringing her here. But not exactly....

I want her to be herself again. To make her feel safe again. I don't want any thing bad to happen to her again. Since she is my fiance and I'm  gonna do something big.
No one except me knows about what I have in store for my queen.

She is the best thing that has happened in my life. Without her I will be in sadness. She is my happiness....

Now it's morning, she is still asleep. Her head is on my chest. I want to go make her some breakfast or we can go on a breakfast date. Yeah, we'll do that...

"Babe?" I tried waking her up.

"Hmmm..." she said.

"Wake up we are going on a breakfast date." I said.

"Okay," she said opening her beautiful eyes. She smiled and I kissed her.

"Let's get dress and go to breakfast." I said to her.

We got up, walked to the bathroom and freshened up. We got dressed and made our way to where I called and booked a nice beach front breakfast date.

Damn, she looks amazing as always.

"Who are you staring at?" She said giggling.

"At you silly... Who else would I admire?" I mentioned giving her a warm kiss...

We walked holding hands... We took our seats and enjoyed the delicious meal...

I'm glad she likes this little getaway...
