Alaric Saltzman's Residence

The genuinely curious, intelligent vampire hunter is looking through the variously intriguing printed taken photos of the old carved drawings from the stone walls of the cave in the tunnels of the old Lockwood cellar, which Damon was led to by Mason Lockwood himself who was a ghost in the mortal land the previous day, on the teak wooden study desk in the breezily occupied living room, with the air conditioner switched on to let out the cool breeze around the spacious room, while the smug icy blue-eyed vampire brother acts as an aide for his brother's judgmental hybrid ex-girlfriend with a minorly playful combat training in front of him.

"These images tell a story...to learn the story, you have to decipher these images." The AP History teacher simply figured out the obvious regarding the middle-aged Runic symbols carved on the cave walls many years ago.

Damon effortlessly, with skill, disarms Rosie, who tries to stake him in the stomach, "Sloppy! Too close, but not close enough." A laugh escapes him.

Rosie grabs the stake, "Don't speak too soon. I'm just warming up, honey."

"'Ghost of Christmas Past' Mason Lockwood set up the cave and led us to a weapon that can kill Klaus." Her best friend pointed out proudly, smiling, rather relieved that the seemingly unkillable vampire/werewolf hybrid, the first of his kind, has a great weakness in order to end his long life after all. It seems that Mason could be a friend to them after all for showing him the cave filled with the middle-aged story and the answer to their predicament.

"Yeah, but doesn't Mikael have a weapon?" The younger hybrid assumed, referring to the old man-- an Original vampire who hunts younger vampires as he's also the father of the Original siblings; Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah...

"Mikael is the weapon, honey." Damon remarked, truly pleased with himself.

"Right. The hunter." Rosie gives him a 'Seriously?' look, "But I meant, some kind of indestructible dagger would be very helpful, to point it out clearly."

"Yes. Which probably means the wall will lead us to Mikael, who we have already found...and lost." Damon overwhelms her once again, "Bang! You're dead!" He goes in to nibble on her soft neck, who giggles as it is ticklish.

She pushes him away playfully and walks over to Alaric at the teak wooden study desk, who spoke, "These images at the very least might tell us what that weapon is." Perhaps another silver dagger, though more indestructible?
