Salvatore Boarding House

Rosie Kartwright speed-walks down the set of stairs with a heavily big black duffel bag over her shoulder when her best friend, Damon Salvatore, curiously intercepts her on her way out to meet her boyfriend in the woods, who's working out in the early morning, and she's going to accompany him.

"Where you going?" The icy blue-eyed vampire quickly mentioned her.

"Out." Rosie speed-walks past him and towards the closed main front door without making it clear that she's avoiding him now that he's starting to be on good terms with Elena Gilbert, the one girl he claimed to always hate. Therefore, she really ever needs to focus on her relationship with Stefan.

"Please don't tell me that you're still working with Klaus." Damon recalled skeptically as he closely watches her every move around the main foyer.

"Why? Otherwise, you'd rip my heart out just because you're out of the loop?" Rosie snapped as she looks up at him, genuinely offended by his words, with a glare, "You obviously haven't heard. Elena and Matt broke up." Because she has magnified feelings for you. She wanted to add on, though refuses to do so, remaining to let him figure out the reason all by himself.

Damon remains silent for a moment with a blank, expressionless face as he has no idea why this brand new information doesn't surprise him much.

"Oh. Got it. Uh, well, I'll be quick then. So, apparently, if we want to find the cure, we have to find a vampire hunter who can kill enough vampires to reveal the map on the hunter's mark. Now, unless we want Jeremy to go all Connor 2.0, I suggest we find a different hunter." Damon warned her.

"And where are we going to look for one? E-bay? Sure, I think there's a lot of them lying around on sale." Rosie snapped sarcastically once again at him.

Damon simply nods once, remaining surprisingly patient with her attitude, "And I was going to ask Professor Shane, but turns out he's shadier than you are. Matt Donovan connected him and the Pastor through phone records. Apparently, the two were very chatty the day that the Pastor blew up the Council. The gas leak was obviously a cover story." Although why did the Pastor blew up the entire Council? Did someone compel him to do so? For what? Revenge on the Council for what they did to vampires all these years? The real question now would be; what does Shane have to do with this?

"Hmm. So you're going to confront Shane, threaten him, possibly kill him."

"Yeah, unless he tells me what he's up to. What do you say, Princess? Should we tag team this? Stefan already said no, so..." Damon shrugs awkwardly.

Rosie looks back at the closed front door in hesitation, "Sure, let's do it."

A satisfactorily smug smile shows up on his proud face, "That's my girl."
