Holding hands they both walked out to the lounge room where her parents were waiting, “I’ll see you later tonight” she says letting go of his hand and kissing her parents on the cheek, “bring her back safely” her father said sternly shaking the boys hand. Her father opened the door, “now be safe and don’t do anything stupid” he said as the couple walked down the pathway towards the car, “we won’t!” the girl yelled out as she ducked down into the car closing the door.

With a swift turn of the key the car started and before they knew it they where out the drive way and on their way to their next destination. With the window wide open the wind caught the girls’ hair, she reached for the knob that controls the volume of the stereo and turned it up. With the music almost blasting she sat there making little dance moves with her arms and bobbing her head in all directions with the biggest smile on her face, the boy sat there laughing while switching between watching the road and watching her and joined in a little at the chorus. The song ended in a big bang, the girl made a strong fist pump to end her awesome dancing skills and leaned her head back on the head rest puffing and laughing at the same time. Her hand landed on her lap still tapping slightly to the beat of the song. The boy, with one hand still on the steering wheel placed his hand on her leg right next to her hand and slowly moved it up till he touched it and intertwined his fingers with hers. With a smile she glances at him and he did the same. After a few more minutes they arrived at their destination, it was a theme park with countless amounts of rides and side shows. He found a park and turned off the ignition, “so… is my princess ready?” he asks cheekily, she glances at him “I’m not a princess.” They both climbed out of the car and held each other’s hand as they made their way to the gate.
