In Frost's reversed timeline, Scott found himself back in his old workplace. There was another man there talking about some business thing, but Scott stopped him to ask what was going on and where his family was. This confused the man, as he informs Scott that he never talks about his family or sees them.
Scott then quickly raced home where he found Laura, and she did not look happy to see him.
"What are you doing here?" She asks.
"Well, I just came over to see..." Scott starts, but isn't exactly sure what to say.
"See what?" Laura asks, "Why on earth would you drag yourself all the way over here?"
Charlie then came down the stairs, asking if one of his friends was here, but stops when he sees Scott. "What is he doing here?" He asks.
"I came over to see you." Scott replies.
"Why?" Charlie asked in disbelief.
"Because we don't see each other enough." Scott says.
Charlie gave him a confused look before his friend arrived and he left with them. Laura was about to leave as well, but Scott stopped her.
"Wait, wait!" He says, "Can you help me find Carol?"
"Carol?" Laura asked confused.
"Carol Newman."
"Carol Newman, the principal of Charlie's school, Carol Newman?"
"Yeah. Do you know where she is?"
"I don't know, she moved away. What is the matter with you?"
"Neal. Neal and Lucy, they'll understand. And Alice Lennox, too. Where are they?"
"At the North Pole."
"The North Pole?"
Laura pulled a magazine with an ad for The North Pole Resort and handed it to Scott.
"Frost." He says angrily.
"What?" Laura asked.
"Frost turned the North Pole into a theme park?"
"Alice got a job there years ago, and Neal has been taking Lucy there ever since he and I got our divorce, remember?"
"Divorce?" Scott says before walking away. "I'm gonna make everything okay. I'm gonna make everything better."
He then quickly drove off and hopped on the first flight to the Pole. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, and he hated it. As he wandered around, he found Lucy and Neal. However, they weren't too thrilled to see him. When Scott asked what happened with Laura, Neal told him about how Scott wasn't there for Charlie, who didn't like him. All that caused things not to work out. Before Scott could ask him where Alice was, Neal was pulled away by Lucy. He suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder and turned to see both Curtis and Bernard standing there. The two then explained various things that were going on, and tried offering things to Scott, which only made him more irritated.
"This isn't right." Scott says. "This isn't... who's your boss?" He then asks them, but they give him a confused look "Where's Frost?" Scott asks again, causing Curtis to call for security. "Bring Frost out here right now!" Scott demands.
"We'll take care of him." A voice says, and Scott turns to see Frost in a red robe and wintery scarf, and much to his surprise, Alice Lennox was with him, wearing a long red dress with a white fur trim. As they approached Scott, Curtis had already left, but Bernard was still there, completely mesmerised by Alice. "You can go now. We have this." Frost says to him harshly, and the elf retreats.
