Mr Schue had the competition list and Puck had returned, boasting about his time cracking skulls and lifting weights in juvie. Everything seemed to be coming together for the New Directions in time for Sectionals. With a drum roll from Finn, Mr Schue began reading out the set list.

"First, the acapella group from the all-boys private school in Westerville, the Dalton Academy Warblers!"

"Okay, hold up. Like a million awesome gay jokes just popped into my head." Santana smirked, earning a distasteful glare from Kurt. Ignoring the comment, Mr Schue continued his announcement.

"And the other team to beat, the Hipsters. A first year club from the Warren Township Continuing Education Programme. Now, they are a glee club composed entirely of elderly people getting their high school GEDs."

"How are we supposed to compete against a bunch of adorable old people?" Mercedes asked what everyone was pretty much thinking. Well, everyone aside from Noah Puckerman.

"Are you kidding? Brittle bones. Give one of those old ladies a good luck pat on the rear, it'll shatter her pelvis." He shrugged, as if it was common sense.

Pretending he didn't hear, Mr Schue continued with the assignment. "Moving on. Since this seems to get you guys jazzed about sectionals last year, I wanna make this week our second annual boys versus girls tournament." The Girls vs. Boys mash-up competition was always a shoe-in to get everyone's creative juices flowing as well as their competitive edge. "So! Split up into two groups, and figure out which songs you're gonna sing."

The girls began grouping together on one side of the room, with the boys on the other. Kurt grabbed Alicia's hand to pull her over to the girls' team but as she passed Sam, he gave her a threatening glare. "You're going down, Irwin."

"We'll see about that Evans." She replied, narrowing her eyes at him playfully before taking a seat next to Brittany. As Rachel began announcing her ideas, Mr Schue spoke up without even turning around, already knowing what was going on. "Kurt, gonna say it again. Boys team."

With a huff, he turned and walked over reluctantly to the group of boys, who were busy discussing their truly inspired ideas, such as dropping their pants in an AC/DC medley. Great.

Alicia was stood at her locker, preoccupied thinking of mashup ideas now that Mr Schue was forcing them to sing rock songs when Quinn came charging down the hallway, grabbing her and pulling her with rage. Startled, she tried to keep up as she questioned what was happening. "Quinn, what the hell? What's going on?"

"You'll find out." Quinn replied, her furious stare causing everyone they passed to move swiftly out of the way in fear until they reached they're destination. The office of Coach Sylvester. Without knocking, because let's face it she's Head Cheerleader so she doesn't need to knock, she burst through the door and took a seat in front of Sue, with Alicia following suit.

"Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to see my two favorite Cheerios. But what's the emergency? Is that William Schuester forcing you all to perm your hair like him?" Sue asked, clearly concerned and frightened by the mere possibility of a Glee Club full of perms.

Quinn shook her head seriously. "It's so much worse. I think Sam is cheating on me...with Coach Besite."

Alicia had heard a lot of weird things throughout her time at McKinley, and a lot of them had come from Sue Sylvester herself. But this new revelation topped it for sure. And it was just so crazy that she kinda thought it might just be true. "What...why...how...are you serious right now?"
