The day was off to a weird start from the moment that Coach Sylvester suggested the Cheerios stuff their bras with chicken cutlets to add extra "jiggle" to their routines, but with the football jocks entering the Choir Room, it only seemed to be getting weirder.

"So this is what the ladies lounge looks like on the inside."

"This is the choir room. Now, put up your fists because you and I are going to do some dancing." Sam said sternly like he'd seen all the guys in action films do.

Brushing him off, Finn stepped up. "No, I got this, Sam."

"Coach Beiste told us to come. Where is she?" Karofsky asked, looking just as unhappy to be there as the whole Glee Club were to have him there. On cue, Coach Beiste entered the room behind the jocks and made the way over to Mr Schue.

"Watch it. Everyone, have a seat."

"All right, New Directions, let's give a warm welcome to the newest members of Glee Club." Mr Schue called out, pointing over towards the side of the room filled with some of the school's most experienced slushie throwers. The whole room, Glee members and football players alike, burst out into an angry mass of sound. Merging the two was never going to be easy, but it seemed near impossible at this rate.

"Mr Schue! Are you serious? These are the guys that made Kurt transfer." Finn complained, gesturing to the other side of the room.

"And there's no way that I'm sharing the choir room with a known homophobe." Rachel added, earning nods of solidarity from the rest of the Glee Club. What was Mr Schue thinking?

"I don't disagree with you guys." Mr Schue sighed, before continuing on. "But I talked to Coach Beiste about it, and she and I both agreed that the kind of bullying that David does is born out of ignorance. Having him in here, as difficult as it may be for us, is an opportunity to show him and the rest of the guys that being in Glee Club is kind of cool. Find some common ground."

"All of you are going to be in this Glee Club for one week, no exceptions." Coach Beiste instructed, eyes scanning over all of the football players.

"She's bluffing! Next week is the championship game. Without us, she has no team." Karofsky shrugged.

"With you, I have no team! You guys have gotta find a way to come together or we're going to get our asses kicked from here until Tuesday finds a saddlebag full of buckwheat." Exchanging confused looks, the Glee Club weren't entirely sure what Coach Beiste meant by that, but one thing was clear: Besite and Mr Schue were not taking no for an answer on this merge.

"If I have to stay, I'm not singing no show tunes. That is the music of my oppressors." Azimio calledout.

"Do you even have any idea what we do in here?"

"No. None of them do." Mr Schue shook his head. "We have to show them."

Safe to say it was going to be a long week.

"Zombie camp was funner than I expected." Brittany admitted as the four Cheerios worked at taking off their zombie makeup before Cheer practice. "And the glee club together with the football team, it's like a double rainbow. A zombie double rainbow."

"Totally! You know, I never thought I'd say this but it's actually working pretty well." Alicia agreed with a smile, genuinely surprised at how the rehearsals were going.

"What the hell are we gonna do?" Quinn said sharply, reminding the girls of their predicament. Thanks to Coach Sue, the Cheerios National Championship competition was now taking place on the very same day as the big football game, meaning they had to pick one or the other.  "If we go to our cheerleading competition, then we miss the halftime show, and we're out of Glee Club."
