Being a raider in this day and age was easy, especially when you had the proper tools and experience. As someone who'd been raiding for two and a half years, Elena Salazar was pretty sure she had the experience to hold someone up at gunpoint and take their possessions. No one could stop her. Not unless they had the powers of Superman. And she was pretty sure that wasn't going to be much of a problem. Plus, they'd have to get through her crew.

Elena smiled and leaned back in her seat, the air conditioner blowing cold air through her fur. In this day and age, one would be pretty stupid to ride around without a crew. The wilderness was hot and dry all on its own and supplies were hard to come by. And unfortunately for some, even if they did have supplies... They couldn't outrun any raiders. Plus there was also the radiation from the four suns. It was a good thing that tinted windows existed.

She sat up as her dashboard started blinking. Some poor soul had set off one of their sensors. Elena sat up and put on her seatbelt. Poor unfortunate soul... She grabbed her radio and looked over at the other cars in her crew. "Look alive ladies. We got activity dead ahead." She turned over the engine and looked over at the other cars. "Got our target?" The other drivers; a rather large doe named Lila, a slender cheetah named Daniella, and a brunette girl named Macaylen all gave her a thumbs up from behind their wheels and turned their engines over. The engine's purrs were super relaxing to Elena. It made her all the more ready to relieve people of their resources.

She flashed the others a grin and pressed her paw on the gas, speeding in the direction of the signal, closely followed by the other cars. "Follow me, ladies!"

"You know, you don't have to say ladies every single time..." A guy's voice came over the radio, causing Elena to roll her eyes.

In her almost all-female crew, there was one guy. She really didn't want to keep him around... But since he was also her friend she couldn't leave him alone by a cactus or something. "Razor. Just deal with it. You should be solid enough in your gender and sexuality to let things like that go. You're in an almost all-women crew. Besides, it takes longer to say 'Ladies and Razor'."

"No, he's right. Pretty sure you say ladies before every order. I mean, I am all for being a team, but maybe you could come up with something different for variety's sake?" Another voice came over the radio.

Elena sighed. Razor and Allison were usually on the same page when it came to these things. "Listen, I'll think about it okay? Can we get back to..." She stopped when she saw a familiar-looking truck in the distance, parked by the side of a cave. "Look sharp..." She rolled her eyes a little. "Dudes..."

"See. Now I have a problem with that." Lila's wife, Vivian, said over the speaker.

"Can we concentrate, please?! It looks like we might be seeing a familiar face." She grinned a little.

She screeched to a halt in front of the truck, and the other cars closed off any possible escape while Elena smiled at the Border Collie and auburn-haired human standing in front of the truck glaring at her. She turned the car off and got out of the car. "Hey, Cason."

Cason didn't say a word, while the girl looked a bit tense.

Elena took off her leather jacket and threw it into the car. "I see you finally found someone to replace Mikayla." She paused for a second before adding, "And Jarrod."

Cason let out an obviously fake laugh. "Yeah. And I see you still haven't gotten over Rowley."

Elena's smirk twitched. "You on a supply run for your new friends?"

Cason shrugged, "Maybe I am. Want some supplies?"

Elena raised an eyebrow. "No. We're just here to visit."
