Amelia was nervous to see Maddox again, But he would probably just act like it never even happened

'After all, I just met him, I don't know him at all' she told herself as she discarded her clothes, She got dressed in a dark red halter dress with black pumps, She put on some jewelry and her red lipstick, She smoothed her hair down as her phone rang.

Amelia: Hello?

Layla: Why the hell didn't you tell me?!

Amelia: I take it Malia told you about Maddox.

Layla: Of course, So are you guys a thing now?

Amelia: Absolutely not.

Layla: Right, That's why he called you his.

Amelia: I'm gonna kill Malia. Whatever, Does Matt know he's here?

Layla: Yeah, He went to lunch with him today.

Amelia: That's good, I gotta go though,

Amelia finished getting ready and went downstairs to the kitchen

"You look very beautiful" her parents said in unison

"Thank you. Oh, jinx! You two owe each other a milkshake" she spoke pointing between the two of them, Making them both laugh

"Love bug, Can you sat the table?" her dad asked giving her the plates

"Of course" she answered happily as she took them, As she was setting the table the doorbell rang, Echoing through the house

"Oh sweetie can you get that please?" Her mom asked as she got a few wine glasses

"Of course" she giggled walking to the front door, As she opened it she was met with a smiling Maddox, He was wearing black jeans and a black hoodie under his leather jacket and some timberlands, His hair was a mess (just the way she liked it)

'Goddamn' she thought to herself as she gulped audibly

"Hi Amelia" his deep voice spoke as he nodded towards her

"Maddox" she greeted as she stepped to the side to let him into the house, As he entered his arm brushed hers and she felt electricity pop at her, Her eyes snapped to his as she jumped back slightly

"Hm, Did it feel good angel" he smirked smugly as he walked to the kitchen

'Oh god' she thought as she let out a shakey breath, Closing the door

"Maddox! Hey man" her dad called out to him, Her and her mom rolled their eyes as the two men 'bro' hugged each other

Hey Liam. Damn; I feel so underdressed right now" he said looking at Liam and Lisa
"Don't be silly, You're fine; Me and liam have a thing tonight that's all" Lisa explained as she smiled

"Then why is she all dressed up?" He asked looking at Amelia as he licked his lips, Making her widen her eyes as she looked at each of her parents, But that action went unnoticed by them both, Seeing as her mother was finishing setting the table and her dad was back at the stove

"Oh, Amelia is just like her mom. They always make a statement, No matter the occasion" her dad explained as he laughed

"I...Have to use the restroom" Amelia mumbled as she quietly exited the kitchen,

"Can i use your bathroom?" He asked as he thought over what happened between himself and Amelia earlier at his house

"Yeah. It's upstairs down the hall last door on the right" he finished as he stirred the food.
