Amelia was in her room watching 'criminal minds' on netflix when she heard a knock on her bedroom door

"Come in" she spoke softly as she looked up from her computer

"Lia?" Lisa called as she entered her room

"Hey mom, What's up?" She asked sitting up on her bed

"Not much sweetpie, How are you feeling?" She asked sitting down beside her daughter

"I'm okay...Just watching criminal minds" she answered as she smiled wider

"Good, I'm glad. Sweetheart; Me and your dad have to go on a business trip..." She hesitated as she looked at her daughter expectantly

"How long?" Amelia asked as she looked back at her computer

"...A week sweetie, We leave tomorrow" she sighed out lowly, She didn't want to leave Amelia

"Okay, Can Malia and Isabella stay over?" She asked happily as she spoke

"No sweetie...Because you're staying with Maddox" she explained honestly as she watched her reaction

"...Really?" She asked widening her eyes at her mom

"Your dad's not too happy about it, But i'm the mom so what i say goes and i'm not leaving you alone after what happened yesterday" her mom explained hugging her close

"Thanks mom" Amelia said as they pulled apart

"You're welcome sweetheart, By the way I got the cameras from the in in the kitchen and living room before your father could" she said making them both laugh our

"Thank you so much mom" Amelia sighed as her and Lisa spent the rest of the night watching tv in her room.

[The next morning]

It was 10am when Amelia woke up to her dad standing in the doorway of her room

"Hi dad" she said sleepily as she sat up and rubbed her eyes

"Hey Lili, You need to get dressed" he said as he smiled softly

"Okay" she said as she pulled the covers off of her body

"I'm glad to hear that" he whispered as he released her

"When me and your mom get back home we're all going to go out for dinner" he explained as he stood from her bed

"K, Love you dad" she said as she stood up going to her closet

"Love you too Lili" he spoke as he exited the room, Amelia got dressed in black skinny jeans, A light green crop top and black ankle boots, She put on her red lipstick, Perfume, and jewelry, Then she pulled her hair in a low ponytail and ran downstairs to the car.
