Amelia and Maddox looked at each other questioningly as he went to answer the door

"Hey Mad-...Amelia what are you doing here?" Liam asked looking at Amelia and back at Maddox

"I..." she paused as she looked at her dad

"She didnt want to stay home alone" Maddox explained as he looked at her and back at Liam

"You never had a problem staying home before love bug, Is it about Simon?" Liam asked as he looked at her in concern

"Who is Simon?" Maddox asked looking at Amelia

"No one...I'm tired dad, Can we go?" She asked as she took steps towards them

"Yeah, Thanks for letting her stay here man..." Liam said squinting his eyes as he walked away from the doorway,

"Amelia, Who is Simon?" Maddox asked worried

"I'll tell you tomorrow...Please Maddox"

"Goodnight Dox" she cooed as she removed her hand

"Night angel" he replied as she exited his house

"What took so long?" Liam asked leaning on the side of the house

"Just saying goodbye" Amelia replied as she walked home; Followed by her father

"lili, You know you can talk to me right?" He asked as he put his arm around Amelia's shoulder

"...Yeah dad of course" she said as she leaned on him

"I know after everything-" she cut him off as she nodded

"Dad...It's fine" she whispered as she smiled softly

"...So how come you didn't want to stay home?" He asked looking down at her

"Didn't want to be lonely I guess" she shrugged her shoulders as she spoke

"Are you scared to be there alone?" He asked concerned for her

"No..." she said kicking the rocks on the ground, She was quiet as he sighed out

"Listen, You know you can't do anything with Maddox right?" He asked as they approached their house

"Uh, I know that dad...B-But why exactly?" She asked trying to sound like it didn't bother her at all, That she didn't feel her heart constrict at his words

"Lili...You're seventeen years old, He is twenty six" He explained as he rubbed her shoulder

"You understand right? That's not going to happen" he added as they went into the house

"I understand dad" she said as she smiled up at him

"Understand what?" Lisa asked as they walked to the kitchen

"Just father daughter talk" he said as he kissed her forehead

"I'm gonna go to bed, Love you guys" Amelia said as she ran upstairs

'What am i doing?...You want what you want Amelia, You can't change that...But he could get in serious trouble if my parents find out...I need to talk to him tomorrow' she thought as she put her pajamas on and climbed into bed.
