Chapter 4

Kendall P.O.V

An annoying beeping noise was ringing and it was driving me insane. I groaned and stirred. "Turn it off for gods sake." I screeched at no one in particular. My head was pounding and my body ached.

A small chuckled boomed. I frowned and snapped my eyes open. I immediately regretted it. I hissed and covered my eyes with my hands. The light through the window was hitting my weak eyes.

I opened my eyes and let myself adjust to the lighting. A man with shaggy brown hair was standing at the end of the room I was in.

Wait where am I? Memories of the night I jumped the tree came rushing to me. I widened my eyes and growled.

"Where am I and what the hell am I doing here?" I growled while trying to stand up. Untill now did i realise I was chained to the bed. "And why am i chained to a bed?" i asked with venom laced in my words.

"Well Blondie you trenspassed Wolfbane territory I should be asking you why you doing here?" He growled and took steps closer to me. I nearly gasped and passed out. Wolfsbane pack. What the hell i thought this was a pack free territory. If I had water in my mouth I would have spit it out.

"I'll ask one more time. Why are you in my pack's territory rouge." He spat out. i winced and tried to comminunicate with the currently lazy ass wolf I had.

"Lily? Help me. The Alpha of the most lethal and biggest pack is very close to killing us! I at least want to talk to you before we die!" I screamed at Lily scared to death of this Alpha.

"I AM SPEAKING TO YOU." He yelled with an Alpha voice clear in his tone. I squirmed and finally answered. "A-alpha I was just passing through. I swear I mean no harm please." I pleaded in a voice just above a whisper.

He laughed darkily before grabbing ahold of my throat. "That's what they all say." He gritte out and began to squeeze on my neck. My eyes popped out and I squirmed and chocked on my breath.

This contined for a well five minutes, until I just couldn't take it anymore. I began to see black. The door slammed open and the Alpha switched his position facing the door now. He let go and I desperately tried to catch my breath. I coughed my lungs out and my breaths came out shallow and my chest was rising up and down roughly. I raised my head weakly and saw two rather well looking men sending daggers at each other. They had very similar features. Twins, i thought.

"Dad, Greyson said that-." He stopped to look at the Alpha or his dad and I on the bed. "Hey! Thats the little blonde I found!" The guy who's name was Greyson squealed as he approached me. I growled out and huffed. "Don't get near she's a rouge and is to be killed immediately." The alpha demanded.

"Aww but she's so cute." The other guy cooed as he attempted to pinch my cheeks. I dodged his huge hands and rolled my eyes. "That's no excuse Cory just rember what things like those do to packs." The alpha grumbled. Both of the boys who I have come to know as Cory and Greyson had a sadden expression in their eyes. After a moment of silence the Alpha decided to get back to buisness.

"Now rouge. State your name, pack, and real reason for being in our pack. " The Alpha stated while rubbing his eyes furiously.

"Kendall Alexandra Ross. My ex-pack was the Moonlight pack but I was abused, rejected, and tormented so I left that prison. After my mum and dad passed from a rouge attack everyone just abused me. I couldn't take it for one more minute so I ran away like I said. was crossing when I was taken back here, Please just let my death be a quick thing I don't want to suffer." I begged as I hung my head low.

The room was silent and when I looked back up the three men were glancing at each other. Probably mindlinking each other. They had looks of pity and sympathy on their faces. All the looks I didn't want.

"Well Kendall I'm sorry any of those things happened. My name is Lucas Armstrong Alpha of the Wolfsbane pack. These are my son's Greyson and Cory. Trust me when I say this but I know what it feels to be in your position. I lost my mate not to long ago by those nasty rouges. I can tell you aren't like the one's we have encountered so I am going to make you a deal. You can join our pack, If you become a pack warrior. My son informed me you were brave enough to jump off of a 50 foot tree and still survive. If you do not take the offer I let you on your way to where ever you are heading." He smiled with a soft voice.

Why would they want someone like me in a pack like theirs? I was useless and weak.

"Don't let their words get to you Kendall. Take the offer. We can die out there in way unimagineable. Do this for your mum and dad they would want you to do this." Lily encouraged. My wolf was the absolute best and I love her to death.

"OK." i smiled at the boys and they all smiled right back at me. "Well then Kendall we will introduce you to the pack tomorrow. Greyson find her a room to stay in and please make yourself at home please." Lucas said with the most polite voice ever. They untied me and just as I was about to leave I hugged Alpha Lucas.

"Thank you. I don't know how many times i'm going to say it but thank you so much you don't understand how much this means to me." I cried. He chuckled and led me to my new room. I might not stay here long but at least I wouldhave an actual room not a storage closet like the one I had in my old pack. Until further notice I was going to be a part of the Wolfsbane Pack and I couldn't be happier.
