after finishing tutoring the group, hwayoung was exhausted.

wooyoung and jongho had just left, with mingi and san just about to.

"hey hwayoung?" mingi spoke, catching the attention of the small girl. who hummed in reply.

"would you like to come to a party with us on Saturday?"

hwayoung wasn't usually the type to attend parties, but mingi and san both wanted the girl to experience at least one before school finished. although from the way her face scrunched up, in what seemed to be confusion, they didnt think that she'd want to.

"why would you ask if I always say no?" she replied, gathering all the materials that they had used during tutoring.

"just in case you changed your mind." san spoke, stopping what he was doing to try help the girl. mingi following after him.

"well, I haven't changed my mind." hwayoung spoke, turning away from the males and walking towards her bedroom. the two following her.

"why not? you have too many outfits that are perfect for a party." san argued, knowing that the girl had an incredible fashion sense. often styling the two for parties whenever they attended. as well as the fact she had so many badass outfits she's never worn before, claiming they 'weren't her style'.

but the two males had seen how much she actually like to wear them.

"I just," hwayoung thought, why didnt she go to parties? and then it hit. drunks. I mean, they're fun. and they aren't. "don't like parties."

"hwayoungie please! just this one party!" mingi whined towards the girl, san joining in shortly after.

"pwetty pwease hwayoungie."

"okay, but only if you stop whatever you're doing." hwayoung laughed. if they were going to this extent to get her to come, she may as well go.

"yay!" mingi and san both wrapped their arms around the girl, squeezing her to death almost.

once they had calmed down san was first to speak, "so what are you going to wear?"

hwayoung sighed, "I don't know, I'll figure it out." she jumped onto her bed, face down.

saying something that the two couldnt hear.

"what was that?"

the girl lifted her head from where it was buried in the pillow, "I'm tired, can you guys show yourselves out?".

san and mingi nodded, both wondering how she had actually managed to tutor the four of them at once.

"bye bye hwayoungie."

"see you later hwayoung."

and with that the two left the apartment, both heading to where they had planned to meet the others.

---

after watching a movie in the house, the four eldest males decided they should go somewhere so that they could meet the others once they had finished.

so they decided to go to the cafe yeosang worked at, partly because he got a staff discount, but also because it was the nicest cafe in the area.

yeosang went to order for the four of them, the others going to sit at a table.

seonghwa still had his mind on what he had seen earlier. watching wooyoung follow hwayoung into her apartment, he couldn't help but be worried something would happen between the two.

but why should he be worried? the two of them weren't dating, and seonghwa wasn't entirely sure if he even had feelings for the girl.

although he couldn't help but feel curious as to know what the two had done once they entered the apartment.

"hey guys!"

he heard a loud voice behind him, wooyoung and jongho having arrived at the cafe. wooyoung seemed to be holding something in his hands, which the other males seemed to notice too.

"woo? what's that in your hands?" yeosang asked, sipping his drink.

"oh, hwayoung let me borrow some records to play on my record player because she has one too!" he seemed to be really happy about having the records, unless he was happy about hwayoung. but that was probably just seonghwa being weird.

"how was tutoring?" hongjoong questioned, wondering if they had actually learned anything.

"good, surprisingly it wasn't as hard as it seemed." jongho replied, sitting in one of the available seats. wooyoung doing the same.

"that's good." hongjoong smiled, before changing the topic. "anyway, are you guys going to the party Saturday?"

"who's party is it?" yunho sat up slightly, listening to the conversation.

"I'm not sure, mingi was the one who mentioned it to me." hongjoong replied.

"I'll go if you guys are going." yeosang stated, not really wanting to go if he didn't know anyone there.

"me too." a few of the others said they would also go, seonghwa included.

"cool, well me and seonghwa need to clean the apartment so we'll see you guys later." hongjoong spoke, grabbing the older male by his arm and dragging him out the cafe.

---

getting home seonghwa had realised that the apartment was fairly clean, and that hongjoong must be up to something.

"the apartment is clean." seonghwa spoke as they walked into the apartment.

"you like someone." hongjoong replied, crossing his arms over his chest, eyebrows raised and a smirk across his face.

"no- I- how?" the older of the two was confused as to how hongjoong would know, when he didn't even know.

"I can tell." hongjoong smiled, "now who is it?"

seonghwa just stood there, slightly baffled. he didn't entirely know if he wanted to say anything, but he knew if he didn't then hongjoong would pry it out of him.

sighing he plonked himself down on the sofa, "hwayoung."

"hwayoung?" hongjoong processed the information. "nice one, at least it isn't some weird fling you've had and caught feelings for."

"yeah, but I don't know if she'd like me back." seonghwa pouted slightly, causing hongjoong to laugh at him.

"no one ever knows, you just have to hope for the best. maybe if you tried talking to her more then you might get a better idea."

as always, hongjoong had only wise words to say, and seonghwa was thankful for that.

he would just have to hope that hwayoung didn't have her eyes on anybody else.
