Walking down a lonely street in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, singing to myself quietly, my stomach starting getting tingly with butterflies. With my dark brown hair flopping on my back in time with each of my steps, I grew anxious. My concert was in a few hours and I was going to Starbucks to get a drink and banana bread with chocolate chips, my preshow ritual. I started singing again, a song that fit exactly with my feelings.

The sad thing about this song is that it is utterly perfect for me to sing right now. I am 18, mate less, famous, and an Alpha's daughter. Yes, I am a werewolf and my mate and I are next in line for the Alpha's spot of the East Night pack in my hometown Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately I do not have a mate yet and I have to find one soon or else my dad will have to pick another to be in line for the job.
