The man watched the couple through the darkness of the trees, his eyes narrowed. They were unaware of his presence and he had been sure to keep his scent hidden, not wanting to be detected. Though he was on safe ground, he was sure he wouldn’t be welcomed with open arms. Wolves like him were not taken into packs so easily, especially with the past he had.

“Sir…he plans on marrying her.” a raspy voice said and the man growled, looking over his shoulder and seeing an older man limping toward him. His legs shook under the extreme effort it took to move his body and a few of his joints creaked as he moved. The first man grunted, he knew Mitchell planned on marrying Eva. It was inevitable. Since the day Mitchell had met Eva, it was obvious the pup was madly in love with her. The looks he gave her made the unknown man sick to his stomach.

“I don’t care, she is mine.” The large man barked, his fists clenched at his sides. The smaller man cowered, bowing his head in respect to his master.

“I agree sir. But don’t you think you should act soon?” the frail man asked, his voice shaking. He was scared he overstepped his bounds. But the large man just shrugged.

“I will make sure she is mine, even if it takes forever. I am a patient man when it comes to these things, I will wait.” The large man stated, turning away from the site of Mitchell kissing Eva passionately. The large man shouldered past the smaller man, sending him tumbling to the side. The frail man got to his feet, quickly following after his master.

“Henry, make sure you keep an eye on her. My bride is to stay safe until I decide it is time.” The man ordered, his glare leaving no room to argue.

“Yes, master.” The frail man murmured, stopping in his tracks and turning toward the cabin. He didn’t know what his master saw in the girl, but he was going to find out one way or another.

This was the final chapter of The Pure Blood Prince. It was really short but the only thing this chapter did was end this one and lead into the next one.

The next and final story in this trilogy will be called Spilling Pure Blood. I will have other stories branching off this trilogy (ex: a story explaining what happened to Travis and his soul mate) but the main trilogy ends with the third story. I hope you have enjoyed this as much as I have and this is the seconds story I have ever finished and it is all thanks to you guys :) I will be posting the sneak peak into the third story soon and Spilling Pure Blood will be out soon.
