Falling to pieces

~ Drew's pov~
When I walked down stairs I saw cody kissing dani. You would figure I'd be mad but no I was actually excited that they finally are going out.
I just headed back upstairs because I didn't want to interrupt them with their little moment.

~~ Dani's POV ~~
When I woke up the next morning I was laying next to Cody on the couch. I tried to get up quietly without waking Cody up but that wasn't so successful.

Cody: hey where are you going

Me: um.. Um...

Then Cody wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me back to lay down with him.

Me: Cody I need to get up

Cody: okay I do to

I got up and went to my room and got ready.

After I took a shower I changed into a black lace dress that cut in mid thigh. I did a light smokey eye with a dark red lip stick. Then I curled my hair. I went down stairs and saw Cody.

Cody: why are you all dressed up

Me: I don't know

Cody: you know you don't have to dress up for me

Me: I don't..?

Cody: of course not you are perfect no matter what

Me: but I'm not perfect

Cody: your perfect to me

Then he kissed the top of my head.

Cody: well there's a party tonight if you want to go

Me: okay we can do that

We went up to Cody's room and played some video games then I got bored of that so we decided to watch a movie in his room. I was laying on Cody's chest and feel asleep during the movie.

I slept until I felt Cody get up.

Me: where are you going

Cody: I need to get ready

While he was talking a shower I got up and went to my room. I closed his door behind me. I tried waking my self up. Then I was starting to head down stairs then Drew called my name.

Drew: you and Cody make a cute couple

Me: how do you know we are dating

Drew: last night I went to get water and u saw you two kissing so I just went back upstairs

Me: you don't mind that we are going out

Drew: no I don't care

Then I went down stairs to grab some water.

Then Cody came downstairs.

Cody: so you ready

Me: yeah let me grab my purse

Cody: okay

I grabbed my purse and we headed out to the car.

Cody opened the car door for me.

Then we headed to go somewhere to eat.

When we got to this really nice Italian restaurant Cody opened my door. we held hands as we went inside the restaurant.

Once we got our booth we sat down. It was awkward for the first couple minutes. I was playing with my sleeve.

Cody: so why did you think you had to like dress up for me

Me: because of past experiences

Cody: oh okay

Me: yeah I rather not talk about it
