Maybe hes not all bad

I decided to go out. I want my dad to just come back. I haven't heard from him in awhile so I hope he is doing okay unlike be. I decided to go sit at the park. I sat on the swing.

Then Tyler saw me.

Tyler: dani?

Me: fuck.

Tyler: I'm sorry

Me: Tyler I can't do this right now

Tyler: I'm sorry

I could tell he was drunk and high.

Me: leave me alone

Tyler leaned in to kiss me. I was trying to push him off.

Tyler: stop being difficult.

I got up and ran. I kept running until I reached the steps of the house. I sat there trying to catch my breath. I buried my face in my hands. Then Cody came out.

Cody: what happened

Me: no I can't deal with this

I was going to get up but Cody grabbed my arm.

Cody: sit down stop running from me

I just stayed quiet

Cody: it's Tyler right

Me: I can't believe I was so dumb every guy I date too.

Cody: I know it sucks

Then we went inside. I went to bed. I had a game the next day. I got up threw my hair up and put on my uniform. Cody drove me to my game. When I got to the game u caught up with Alex and Melissa. I saw Maxine sitting in the bleachers.

Shortly after that our game started. I came with the ball around the corner I kicked it to Melissa. Then Melissa kicked it to Alex and Alex made a goal.

We were know to 16-16

We needed one more point. Then we got in a huddle.

Alex: you have to try you trick shot

Me: that's to dangerous

Alex: me and Melissa got your back

Me: ok we are doing my trick shot

Then we broke. Alex started it out. Then she kicked it to Melissa, then she kicked it to Jake. Then Jake had to kick it to me. I tumbled down the center of the field and kicked it straight into the goal. Everyone cheered for my win. I was happy but coach wasn't happy.

Coach: MATHEWS!

I ran over to coach.

Coach: that was a close one but good job and next time don't pull something like that because I got colleges looking at you

Me: got it

Then we hit the showers. I took a quick on and changed into a tank top and shorts. I walked to Cody.

Cody: that was amazing.

Me: thanks.

Then I looked a little past Cody and there was Tyler standing there looking at me.

Cody: wait what's wrong

Me: nothing, here is my bag I'll meet you at the car in a few minutes

Cody: um.. Okay?

Then he walked away and I walked to Tyler.

Me: what are you doing here

Tyler: you were amazing out there

Me: so I've heard

Tyler: well the homecoming is coming up so I was wondering if you would go with me

Me: I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Tyler: let me know okay

Me: okay

I was starting to turn away.

Tyler: just so you know dani I'm sorry I'm an ass and I really like you

Me: I like you to but if we do go out you will have to give up smoking

Tyler: deal.

Then I got back to Cody's car.

Cody: what the hell did Tyler want

Me: nothing. Don't worry about it

Cody: what did he say

Me: he asked me to homecoming

Cody: and you said?

Me: I'll get back to him

Cody: you can't date him

Me: I'm giving him a chance

Cody: you don't understand what he did. Me and him used to be best friends

Me: well people change

Then Cody grabbed my bag out of his car.

Cody: well if want to be with an ass like that then stay the hell away from me

Then he threw my bag at me and drove off. I sat on the curb and started to cry.

Then Tyler drove by.

Tyler: need a ride?

Me: yeah I do

Then I got in the car

Tyler: don't listen to Cody he's been through a lot

Me: you know he didn't take me home because of you

Tyler stomped on the breaks.

Tyler: wait what

Me: yeah it's because I told him I was going to the dance with you

Tyler: fuck!

Then Tyler drove me home and he stormed out of the car and then he punched Cody.

Why did all of the drama happen to me. I couldn't deal with Cody and what he had to say so I resorted to my last option. I went to Drew.
