Speak of the devil and he shall appear while everyone else was talking about Red Tornado I walked away to the library for a few minutes eventually see the group taking a tour of the cave while I went to our kitchen, only to see the oven was on looking in it I see cookies about to burn, I sigh putting on a oven mitt before proceeding to pull the barely saved cookies out.

Y/N: Megan needs to keep a better eye on the oven when she is cooking what are these anyway.

Just then the rest walk in Megan noticed I had saved her Cookies from being burnt to a crisp. The rest arrive shortly after to see me sitting on the couch reading a book with strange symbols, before sending it away into a golden portal.

KF: There you are GK we have been looking everywhere for you.

Y/N: Yes you have found me do you think you deserve a reward mongrel?

That surprised me when I said that it seemed to catch the rest off guard too by the looks of things.

Y/N: but you may call me Y/N if you wish.

KF: Well then Y/N what were you reading there?

Y/N: A old book I found within my collection it contains nothing that would interest you though Kid Flash.

KF: Please call me Wally when we aren't on duty.

Aqualad: and you may call me Kaldur'ahm or Kaldur for short.

I nod before joining the rest of the group in the kitchen.

Megan: Don't worry Superboy we will find you a name soon.

Y/N: I wouldn't continue doing that if I were you.

I looked towards Superboy to see how expression become one of anger as he turned to Megan yelling.

Superboy: Get out of my head!

I raised a mental barrier to try and block out Megan while Kaldur'ahm handled the situation.

Kaldur: M'gann stop. On earth that is seen as an extreme evasion of privacy.

M'gann: oh sorry.

Wally: no worries it's just Cadmus left a lot of hatred in psychic powers to those two.

He said pointing at me and Superboy.

Y/N: I have no hatred to the powers to speak in ones mind in fact at times it could be useful however unlike me Superboy didn't have the time to build up a way to resist it if need be.

I walked out of the room following M'gann to the hanger finding an egg like thing in it.

Y/N: Interesting what does it do Megan?

Megan: it is my ship it also has a camouflage mode.

Y/N: hm? Should make our missions easier.

Wally: Yeah especially with Goldy here and his powers basically throwing stealth out the window.

Y/N: says the one running around in bright yellow.

And that made him go quiet as we entered the ship I spaced out for a bit reading that book from earlier.

Timeskip

We were flying over happy harbour seeing a tornado near by so we decided to check it out, finding a robot or was it a man named Mister Twister attacking the power plant everyone was getting tossed around as I made a few gates trying to launch a few weapons at him which he blew away with some tornadoes.

Y/N: Hm... this is an interesting fight now, let's see how you handle this.

I raise my hand as portals began to surround him at all angles looking for a blind spot before dropping it and launching all the weapons out of the gate at once however he seemed to expect this forming a tornadoes around himself sending the weapons flying around the building one landing a few inches away from me.

Robin: Careful Goldy we don't want to kill whoever is in that thing.

Y/N: I know don't worry about what I am doing just worry about yourself. His reaction speed seems like a normal humans but the question is how do we defeat him.

The others were convinced that it was red tornado when Megan couldn't read his mind but all this did for me was make me try even harder to fight him judging by his power set and look I doubt it was red tornado but more like a villain copying him a faker if you will, as Megan hid us behind her ship I had just enough time to fire off one more weapon hitting one of the machines eyes, while the rest were mad at Megan I muttered under my breath.

Y/N: Next time you poor copy, you will be destroyed.

Megan: Do you think I messed up that badly Y/N?

Y/N: hm?

I look towards everyone and and gave a disinterested look at everyone before answering her question.

Y/N: Yes.

She seemed deflated by my answer.

Y/N: You wanted the truth and you can use this mistake to become stronger and better mistakes happen it is apart of reality everyone goes through I am curious what you will do next with all that has happened.

The rest had left by this point and Megan went back to the ship with me right behind, Megan contacted red tornado before coming up with a plan to take out Mister Twister leading us to him setting up a little trick using Kid Flash's Powers to imitate RT's powers while the rest of us got into position. My job was to restrain him with the chains of heaven when it was all said and done however I was feeling light headed after the earlier fight so I don't know how long I could hold it when it got to my part I bound what remained of Mister Twister pulling them back to tear off his remaining arm and legs before I fell forwards feeling weak barely managing to catch myself before I hit the ground, rolling on to my back I proceeded to pass out while the rest dealt with whoever was in that machine.
