Soar

That's all  you've felt ever since Jimin decided to finally dance with you. All the practicing, all the stretching, it's just so draining. Everyday after school it was always 'Try again,' or 'I could do it better,' and of course the personal favorite, 'I've seen a three-legged dog do a better job.'

You wanted Jimin to actually dance with you but now you're regretting that.

"Miss Y/N, I do not recall saying practice was over. We're starting again." The silver headed male stood over you with a scowl.

"For you information Jimin, I needed a drink of water. Also, I have to calla friend and tell him that I'm going to be home late. Again."

You had planned on calling Jin seeing as he was always worried whenever you got home late.

"Call your friend after practice, unless you want to go home and call it quits?"

His raised eyebrow was practically begging to be shaved off.

You stood to your feet, ready to get back to training only to have you phone go off.

Oh, Thank God.

"Hello Y/F/N Y/L/N speaking."

Of course you knew who it was but seeing the caller I.D made you wanna mess around with them.

"Don't you Y/F/N Y/L/N me, Missy! Why haven't you called yet? I am too busy and beautiful to worry about if you've been murdered or not!"

"Wow, I love you too Jin."

Of course Jin would call you, it's past 7:30, and he would always expect you home at 5:00.

"Anyways, don't worry I'll be home in a bit, I'm just finishing up practice with Jimin."

"Excuse me? Who said we were finishing up?" Jimin crossed his arms and glared at you, daring you to say that again.

"Look, unless you wanna talk to Jin and convince him to let me stay, then I'm leaving in a few minutes."

You stared right back holding your phone out for boy to take.

"Well?"

He snatched the phone from you hands and lowered his voice to seem calmer.

"Yes, this is Jimin."

"No I did not say we were almost finished."

"Well no but-"

"Look I understand that but still she-"

"Fine."

He handed the phone back to you after you heard one side of the conversation. Whatever Jin had said must've been very persuasive.

"Okay Jin I'll see you in a bit."

You hung up the phone with a smirk, staring straight at the slave driving male.

You walked over to your bag and began to pack up your things, all while smiling and ignoring Jimin.

"You do realize that tomorrow I'll just push you extra hard, right?"

"Yeah I know but right now I just want to go home and work on the assignments we got in class today. I still have to keep up my grades after all."

Jimin gave you an understanding look though you didn't see it.

He was just like you before the accident. Always worrying about his grades being the best. It certainly didn't help that his mother was the headmistress, or that her expectation were always so high for him to reach.
