Sometimes the heart is heavy with emotions
That are chains on the mind and body
Holding you down
Clipping you from flying after so long
That you have almost forgotten how it has been to fly high
Without a worry in the world
For now walking is all you can do
Walking with the heavy chains dragging behind you
And grieving for your lost happiness
And innocence and hope of the world
