I was so uncreative with title this time, oops.

Outside, the clouds now darkened the sky and trapped the heat of the sunny morning against the earth. Everything seemed dim from the seat on the lit-up train as the grey cityscape slid quickly passed the windows. From inside the quietly rattling train he couldn't hear the rain that was beginning to drip from the belly of the stormy clouds and dampen the still sun-warmed concrete. The water was quick to vanish again with the heat but he new soon, when the rain began properly, everything would be soaked. Kirishima was glad he had gotten a raincoat from Kaminari before he left.

He had managed to get half the day off work that day, doing as much as he could that morning so he could leave without feeling like he had done nothing. Not that it was the main thing on his mind.

Kirishima gripped his backpack against his chest, feeling his quickened heartbeat under his shirt. If he had been at home, he would have been punching the hell out of his punching bag already, his uncontrollable nerves making him twitchy. He fiddled with bag strap absentmindedly, rolling and rubbing it between his fingers as he blankly stared out of the train window. Kirishima couldn't really see out the window anyway, completely zoned out to the world as he dwelled on his thoughts.

"Kirishima." The red-haired alpha's gaze was drawn up from the floor, his dim, tired eyes finding Kaminari approaching him from across the room. The golden-eyed hero stopped in front of Kirishima and bent down a bit to look at him properly, the alpha's head still lowered with exhaustion.

"Did you sleep?" The beta asked softly. He was answered with a shake of Kirishima's head.

"Not really."

They didn't speak again for a minute before Kaminari reached into the pocket of his jeans and offered his hand out. "Here."

Kirishima glanced up again to where the beta held out his hand. And was grasping a slip of paper. He took it from him and unfolded it to read.

It was an address.

Kirishima lifted his head and met Kaminari's gaze, some emotion returning to his face. "Is this . . ."

"Yeah." Kaminari smiled at the shocked alpha. "I'll have you know; it took a lot to get this for you."

"Thank you." Kirishima breathed, light beginning to dance in his crimson eyes. "I owe you. I mean it, this is-"

"Kiri." Kamianri broke him off. "You don't need to owe me anything. Just take it, okay?"

"But-"

"No buts." The golden-eyed beta punched him lightly on his chest. "I just want you to stop suffering through this. You deserve better, trust me."

Before the redhead fully processed what Kaminari had said, the yellow-haired beta was walking away again, tossing a light-hearted grin over his shoulder.

"You got this."

Kirishima let out a sigh. He wasn't exactly sure whether he could do this after all. He was so scared about how Bakugou would react if he showed up at his house out of the blue, considering how he had reacted the night before. At least the blonde omega wouldn't run away from his own house. He hoped.

Kirishima squeezed his eyes shut for a heat-beat the unshakable pain in his stomach stabbing him again. He stifled a groan as anxiety took hold of him again. He couldn't give into this fear anymore. No matter what he felt, no matter how things turned out Kirishima was determined to go through with this. He would make everything right again.
