Heroes by David Bowie
A short review:
This, boys and girls, is my favourite song of all time alongside Medicine. Theres nothing I dont like about this song. Whatever mood I'm in, sad, happy, in between, I put this song on. I never skip it when it comes on. Its definitely best listened to driving at night. I first heard the song in one of my favourite movies of all time, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and it was love at first listen. I love it more and more on every listen. People wonder why I love it so much, they say it's really long or it's really old (42 years isn't old, fank you very much) and to be honest, I don't know the answer myself. I'm just drawn to the song and its lyrical construction, Bowies untouchable voice (God rest his soul) and the fuzzy feeling it gives me. If you havent heard this amazing song, give it a listen right now, and you wont regret it. I'm a big fan of Bowie, and it started with this song. This is an extremely high recommendation of mine.
