Sorry?

Kayla's POV
I groaned to myself, turning on what feels to be a sofa... Only to fall flat on my face. "Ouch." I murmured, peeling my eyes open.

I was still in the main room, just near where the controls are. The room was deserted. Well, apart from an old man. "Hello?" I said down as he instantly looked my way. "Kayla!" He said in a gruff voice. "I'm sorry... Do I know you from somewhere?" I regrettably ask as I slowly got up.

"It's me." He said again as I perked up. "Doctor?" I quizzed as he nodded slowly.
"Oh my god!" I exclaimed before stumbling and nearly falling down the stairs to hug him.
"Did he do this to you?" I whispered as he sadly gazed at me. "I'm fine. But are you?"

I looked down. I don't remember much of what happened. All I can think of is The Master's eyes... Oh those eyes...

"Those eyes." I said softly to him as he looks at me in confusion.
"I don't think I'll ever understand you." The Doctor chuckled deeply. I laughed slightly, "I don't think I understand myself much either." I sighed before I heard a bunch of noise outside. "Lie down! Pretend you're asleep." He quickly ordered as I looked back at him before sprinting to the spot again.

I closed my eyes just as the door burst upon, music flowing from it. "HELLO DOCTOR!" The Master shouted gleefully as Jack stumbled along behind him in chains. "Come on doggie! Come on!" He grinned at Jack as I clenched my hands. How dare he.

"Is the princess awake?" He suddenly spoke from right beside me as I nearly jumped off the sofa in fright. Don't do that!

"Sorry about that." I practically heard him grin as my eyes snapped open in shock. "Nice to see you." The Master growled to me as I narrowed my eyes at him. "Get bent!" I called to him as he walked away.

"Get bent? That's a weird sentence right there, darling." He looked at me with an eyebrow raised.
"Well at least it's better then what I first wanted to say." I, now grinning replied.

"Oh? Well, no wonder you didn't say it. You're too innocent and naive." The Master, who I was now standing up and facing shot back at me.

"Like you know anything about me!" I called in anger as I slowly walked towards him.

"I know enough to know how to get you mad!" He yelled back as I faced him dead on.

"I'm not mad!" I shouted, making everyone in the room flinch.

The Master stared amusingly at me as I shook my hand and full on bitch-slapped his face. His head snapped the way I hit him as I glared at his face.

"How dare you!" I whispered in fury. "Taking away the only people I care about and putting them in chains!" I exclaimed, waving my hands towards The Doctor and Jack. "You need a new attitude. Whether with a new regeneration or what." I spat at him as he stood his ground.

I wiped away angry tears that escaped before turning away from him. "To think I actually argued with Jack about your honour! You really are a heartless, brutal, despicable!-" I yelled out before I felt both my wrists being grabbed and myself being slammed to the wall.

My eyes widened in fear as the raw fury of The Master stared at me. He breathed heavily for a few moments before loosening his grip on my wrists slightly. "You know, you're really hot when you're angry." He cheekily grinned as I gaped at him.

"Excuse me?!" I shouted loudly as he laughed. "You don't scare me." He whispered, eyes flicking downwards for a second before wearing a massive grin.

"You'll learn to have fun around here. One way or..." He growled into my ear before staring straight at me. "Another." The Master let go as I continued to stay at the wall.
