Eva's POV:
It's been a while since Alejandro and I talked about the kiss. I guess because I told him we shouldn't talk about it, but I can't stop thinking about it. His lips were warm, he smelled sweet, like his cologne. We're on break now so I text him to meet me in the fields.

You:
Meet me in the fields
11pm tonight

Alejandro:
How
My mom won't let me
go out that late

You:
Sneak out
idk find a way out I
need to talk to you
Please

Alejandro:
Fine

I wait in my room until then and run to the fields at 10:45 so I'm not late. I lay on the grass until I hear a familiar voice..

it wasn't Alejandro.

"Callum?", I whisper.
"That's right, baby", he walks towards me. I stand up and back away, raising my hands.
"It's okay baby, you don't need to be scared. I'm here to take you home. I took care of that nuisance coming over here, so it's just us", he continues to walk towards me.
"Callum. W- ho- what are you doing here? How- how did you know I was here?" I pause.
"And what the fuck did you do to Alejandro!" I raise my voice at him. He walks towards me, quickly so I kick him and start to run. I know it won't hold him for long but it gives me a slight head start. I run back the way I came and see Alejandro on the floor, unconscious. There's a pan on the floor next to him, which Callum must've used to knock him out. I kneel next to him crying, calling an ambulance.

They come pretty quickly and I go with him to the hospital. The police come too, to look for Callum.  Once we get to the hospital, he goes in for a PET scan to check for any damage to the brain. I call Mattia and he calls Kairi, and they both come down to see him. Until they come, I text my best friend, Jasmine about everything.

When Mattia and Kairi get there I run up to them and hug them.
"Where is that bitch, I'm gonna kill him", Mattia whispers. Kairi pushes him out of the way and walks me over to a chair, "you okay?" He puts his arm around me. I half smile and nod. I put my head on Kairi's shoulder and Mattia come to sit on the other side of me.
"So, what happened?" Mattia says softly, putting his hand on my arm.
"You already know".
"No, I mean when he was at your house the other day. He would not stop smiling". I couldn't help but smile at the thought.
"Well.. I um, sort of.. kissed him", I giggle.
"What!" They whisper, loudly.
"Was he really so happy?" My smile fading, as I remember he's sitting in a hospital bed. Kairi moves closer to me and whispers, "he really likes you, but he doesn't think you feel the same because well, you know. You guys supposedly are supposed 'hate each other'".
"What. No, I only say that because I thought he hated me. I've actually liked him for a while. But then I got with Callum and.." I sigh. They put their arms around me, then the nurse walks in.
"You can go and see him now. There's nothing extremely worrying on the scan, but he may be in a coma for a few hours or days. No one can tell how long. When he wakes up he may have slight memory loss, but it won't last long as it isn't major. Follow me, I'll take you to his room".
