Previously at Fairview High... Elian took Andrew under his wing only to discover Andrew's magical abilities to be more than what they seemed! SCENE 1

Greg is cooking in the kitchen. Fred comes in and sits at the table.

Fred: I gotta go to work in an hour.

Greg: Well I'm gonna be a dad so I need to learn how to get up early and make breakfast for my kid. Here, you can be my test bunny!

Greg sets a plate of breakfast in front of Fred.

Fred: Whoa, this is like eggs and meat and stuff.

Greg: Um, yeah!

Fred: Have you been making this every morning?

Greg: Yup! Been doing it for the past two months, you just always slept in too late to have any.

Fred: Looks great.

Greg: It is! In fact, I think I have it perfected! So dig in!

Fred: I thought I smelled bacon in here these last few weeks. Dude, you don't have to...

Greg: I also learned how to change a diaper! At first I was like, sick, nasty! But then I went over to my uncle's house and changed his baby girl's diaper a few times and it was a piece of cake! I baby sat too!

Fred: That's... that's pretty cool of you.

Greg gives Guido some bacon. Guido scarfs it loudly.

Greg: Here Guido, ya want some bacon? Here ya go! Good boy!

Fred: You're actually looking forward to this baby, aren't you?

Greg: Yeah! I know it sounds weird but I can't wait to be a dad!

Fred: Well, it's a lot more work than just changing diapers and making breakfast.

Greg: I know but I'm ready for it. Dude, check it out, I haven't had a drink since Nick's Birthday party.

Fred: Wasn't that like, kind of a while ago?

Greg: Yup. That's when Kirsten told me she was pregnant. I haven't had any pot or any other drugs since then either. Man, this baby hasn't even been born yet and it's already making me a better person!

Fred: ...yeah. Hey dude, I mean, don't get too excited, ya know?

Greg: Awe, you just don't understand. One day you'll find out you're gonna be a dad and it will make you a real man. Oh dang, I gotta go! I have to go work out!

Fred: You're gonna go... work out? You?

Greg: Yeah! I'm trying to get stronger so I can carry the little tyke around when he's tired. Or she... awe, wouldn't it be cute if I had a baby girl? A baby boy would be super cute too! Man, I don't even care really, cause this baby's gonna be da bomb-diggity!

Fred: Wow. Most guys bail when they get a girl pregnant in high school.

Greg: Man, I need to get a new phone so I can take pictures of this baby. I like yours.

Fred: What this? Du-um, it's alright.

Greg: Does it take good pictures? Can I see it?

Fred: Um yeah, I don't have any um, ya know, decent pictures on my phone so it's uh, not worth looking at. Does Kirsten know you're doing all this ya know, paternal stuff for her?
