Recap: "the girls name and identity have been revealed. The girls name is..."

*note that its still Gabbie's POV*

"The girls names is Lisa Anderson. Yes, our sources tell us that she moved to Miami about 2 years ago to live with her aunt to 'escape' her vicious ex-boyfriend, who is now jailed for domestic violence. Apparently, his record wasn't clear before this. He has also abused several girls, including another girl who also lives in Miami, however her identity will remain a secret. More information about this incident is documented in Lisa's diary and suicidal letter. For her privacy, we are keeping this information confidential. May her soul Rest In Peace. Keep watching channel 2 news" the broadcast ended. 

Wait all of this makes sense now. Lisa also moved to Miami to live with her aunt. This means y/n's still alive. I thought to myself. I shared glances with the gang and all of them were relieved. "OMG you guys i just had an idea!" Kay kinda screamed, which startled everyone, including me. "Which is..." Tate said. "Ok so since we're on summer break right now, should we go to Miami and meet y/n? I mean I think we should. 2 years ago, we made the mistake of being too late. Lets not make that mistake again" she said. That last part really got me thinking. "I think Kay's right you guys. Maybe we should go and to her. I mean its not like we have another option do we?" Christina replied. "You really think she wants to see us after all that happened? She probably hates us. I mean I don't blame her" Corbyn said. He had a point though. That whole scene still haunts us. Imagine how y/n feels about it. "Yeah but there's only one way to know for sure. We can't live our whole lives thinking that y/n hates our guts if she really doesn't. I say we go. And besides, its Miami during summer." Christina said with a subtle smile. "Ok all in favour of going to Miami for a couple weeks and meeting y/n?" You asked. Everyone agreed. You smiled. 

So it was decided. We were gonna leave in a couple days to Miami and finally talk to y/n. We didn't have her number or any of her social medias so we had no other way to contact her. The only choice was to go there and talk to her in person. 

*time skip to 5 days later and you guys have landed in Miami and to switch the story up a bit behold Daniels POV*

We just landed and are officially in Miami. I cant believe after 2 Long years I'm gonna meet y/n. That is if she even wants to see me. I don't know how we are gonna even find her in Miami cause we barely know anything about her right now. First off, apparently Kay's family friend owns a beach house in Miami which they don't use that much so we decided to stay there for now. They also had a Jeep which they said we could use so that was great. So transport wasn't a problem either. We called an Uber and reached the house in like 20 minutes. 

It took some time to unpack, but then we decided some beach time wouldn't be so bad. We changed into our swimsuits and hit the water. And boy it felt good. For the first time since forever, we had fun as a group. And memories of y/n didn't hurt as bad. For a second, i thought i saw y/n at the beach with one of her friends but I'm pretty sure i was just seeing things. I forgot all about that and continued to have a great time with my best friends. 

*switch to y/n's POV*

He was there. I saw him. I couldn't believe it. No, this wasn't possible. Just when things were getting better. College was done, we graduated, everything was going fine until he showed up. No. No no no no no. This cant be happening. Donna must have sensed something was wrong cause she looked at me worriedly and asked "y/n you ok? You've been staring at that direction for like so long and—" she looked in the direction i was staring at and quickly noticed what was wrong. She gave me a we need to go now look and I couldn't help but agree. We quickly packed our stuff and left the beach. I ran to my car and threw our stuff in the back. We got in the car and drove off.
