The Sleepover Final Part

Yay its the final part!!!!! I hope you all like it and please give me your feedback on The Sleepover!

Keefe POV

I had been walking around the perimeter of a clearing when someone tackled me. They surprised me from behind yelling,

"Haha got you Keefe!"

"Ugg seriously," I said. The figure that I now saw was Fitz, jumped off of me, giving me a hand up. We walked back to home base, meeting Tam and Biana on the way there. When everyone met up I started counting and everyone ran. I finished counting and took off into the dark trees. I crept around, eyes roving over bush and tree.

Suddenly, I heard a crack behind me. I whirled around, heading straight for the bush it had come from. But before I could get there Biana jumped out. She ran straight for the home base, crashing through the trees. I sprinted after her, gaining on her. I reached out to tag her, but moments before I touched her, she disappeared. I jolted forward, falling to the ground.

When I got up Biana was closer to the tree and running toward it. I sprinted toward her, but it was too late. Biana was at the tree.

"Uggg Biana you suck," I said looking down at the now dirty pants I was wearing.

"That's payback for the dare you gave me," she said, smirking.

"You should be thanking me, seeing how things turned out," I said, now smirking myself. I could see Biana's face flush in the moonlight, as she looked away from me.

"What are you even talking about?" Biana grumbled, faking innocence.

"Oh come on even if I wasn't an Empath it's pretty obvious that something happened between you and bangs boy." I raised an eyebrow, waiting for her to deny it.

"Shut up," she murmured, "And don't you have to go tag people now?"

"Hmm I guess so. Your off the hook for the now," I say, walking back into the trees. I went a different way this time and after wandering through a meadow I ended up at a stream. As I approached it, I felt a sudden presence of new emotions. Hmm Sophie was probably around here somewhere. I grinned at this, plotting how I would surprise her. I glanced around the area, seeing a cluster of boulders, I creeped toward them.

I ran around the gray shapes, expecting to see Sophie crouched on the other side, but to my surprise she wasn't. As I stood there confused, a rustle from my left snapped my attention up. A figure had jumped out of a clump of bushes and was now sprinting away from me. I took off after her.

We ran through the trees, me slowly gaining on Sophie. We broke through the trees into the meadow covered in flowers. In a burst of energy I lunged forward, grabbing her around the waist, and sending us both to the ground.

Sophie POV

When Keefe had shown up at my hiding spot I kind of panicked. I mean he would obviously find me in a matter of minutes due to the fact that he could feel my emotions. So when he walked past the bushes I was hiding in, and over to the rocks I was surprised. I thought about just staying put and hoping he wouldn't find me, but decided that was stupid. So when he was behind the boulders I hopped up and ran like my life depended on it.

I could hear Keefe crashing through the trees behind me, but I didn't stop. I broke out of the trees into the clearing and my heart soared. I was so close. I just had to go through the trees on the other end of the clearing and I would be at home base. Just a little farther.

WHAM

Keefe practically jumped on me and we were both sent to the ground. Luckily the ground we landed on was grassy and soft. I just lay there panting for a good while. Apparently I wasn't very in shape and the frantic run had drained me.
