Hi everyone! Today, I wanted to reach out to you and share 3 helpful (and completely safe) tips to help you make these bowels move and groove. These tips I have personally tried and always do fall back onto when things get 'clogged up'.
There is nothing weird about this , we all get those days (we're 1000% honest here) but the 3 things that have been working out well for me are:
⧫ 2-3 cups of flax seed water (add one teaspoon of flax seeds to boiling water)
⧫ Drink some chia seeds with lemon water
(add one teaspoon of chia seeds to boiling water and a slice of lemon)⧫ Eat some prunes
Hopefully these 3 will help you go to the bathroom more frequently!
