"Sky?"

I hummed and looked up as I heard Dino's call. "How about we are going on a little trip?" He asked. I started smiling. "Where are we going then?" I chirped. "Sam Witwicky," he replied. My eyes lit up a little. I heard Sideswipe and Dino talking about him a couple of days ago. "Yeah, I would love to meet him!" I chirped and excitedly followed Dino.

I think twenty minutes later we arrived. Apparently Bumblebee was on a mission and Optimus didn't want to leave San unprotected behind so, Dino was assigned for the afternoon and evening to keep an eye on him.
Sam answered the door and seemed to be surprised to see me. "Hi Dino..." he said, stepping aside. "Hope you don't mind I brought, Skyler? She's my employee..." he said. Sam chuckled at Dino's words, "I think you mean friend..."

The spy huffed and shut the door. "Nice to meet you..." he said and gestured to us to come inside. Dino seemed to be amused with me again. "Nice house... love the roses in your garden," I commented. Sam hummed and shrugged his shoulders, "my mom loves them."
"So, where do you come from?" He asked as he handed me and Dino something to drink. "Washington DC... my mom works here."

"And your dad?"
"He passed away in 2015," I replied. "I am sorry."
I waved my hand and sighed. "It's okay..." I said, smiling weakly. "How long are you working for him?" Sam questioned, pointing at the spy. "Two weeks, almost three," I replied. "Didn't know you wanted a human partner, Mirage," Sam mocked while a grin pulled on his lips. The spy gave him an annoyed look. "I never said I didn't want a partner. I just disrespect humans..."

I flinched a little at hearing that. He disrespect our kind. So, that means that he won't like seeing my tail and ears. I sighed softly, my joy faded as snow in the sun. Slowly melting away and replaced for sadness.

Skyler called her carrier and asked her if she could stay a little longer. Of course she lied about the truth of why she wasn't home in time. Right now, it was already late and she had fallen asleep on the couch. I glanced at her for a moment. "She's nice..."
I nodded, "yeah, she is..." I mumbled quietly. "But...?" He asked. I looked back at the young human mech. "She's different then any other female I met before. When she just came I never imagined that I could get attached to her, but she did. I don't know how it would be without her. She really gives joy and a positive sphere," I stated.

"So many things are going on in her head. Sometimes I wish I knew what she's thinking and feeling."
Sam chuckled softly. "She's not just your employee..." he mocked. "She is!" I snapped quietly. "I am just saying that... we... have professional bond. I just like to teach her things..." I stated firmly.

"But she gives you joy, right?"
I nodded slightly. "First signs Mirage... before you know you're dating her." I didn't like the teasing tune in his voice. I am not going to date a human female.
I heard her sigh, indicating how deep she's sleeping. Skyler looked so peaceful. "I am not going to date her, Sam! We have a professional bond!" I snapped. "Then why did you take her while you know her mother wants her back? You risked that you had to leave, bring her home and return. My guess, you want to spend more time with her..."

I huffed insulted and tilted my head in an arrogant way. "Lier!" I snapped. At That exact same moment, Bumblebee walked in. He glanced at Skyler and a smile crept up on his face. The way he looked at her in awe pissed me off and made me jealous for some reason. It's not in my nature at all to get jealous, but now I am.

"I am going to bring her home..."
I got up and walked over to Skyler. "Sweetspark? Wake up?" I whispered near her ear so only she heard it, but there was no response at all. "Why don't you laughed upstairs and leave tomorrow?" Sam suggested. "Because her mother is going to murder me and her if I don't bring back her baby," I mocked.

I followed his suggestion anyway and brought her upstairs to the guest room. Laying her down in the double bed and covered her. For a moment, I softly rubbed her cheek. Her fair skin is so soft and smooth. I leaned closer towards her, pressing a soft kiss on her cheek.
I noticed the weak smile forming on her face as I did so. "Good night Sweetspark..." I whispered before getting up and settled on the small sofa. I didn't want to leave her alone. I probably won't get a change like this again.

I seriously wondered if her mother is going to murder me personally or not. Probably, I didn't bring her back. I could, but I didn't want too.
I closed my eyes for a moment, listening to her soft rhythmic breathing. She's sleeping so deep and peaceful. It makes me sleepily too. I still don't understand why she was having such a hard time dressing up in pants and shirt. I seriously didn't understand why. Perhaps her mother told her it didn't suit her or maybe something else.

I had more questions than answers. Her mother is hiding something and so is Skyler but pushing her would mean I probably lose her and last thing I want is upsetting her. I probably shouldn't have said that I disrespect humans. I saw the disappointed and hurt look on her face. The instant regret filled my body.
I will apologize for that tomorrow. She's always so sweet. She didn't deserve it and besides it makes me feel guilty. I closed my eyes and softly drifted in a deep slumber.
