Ha Joon stared down at his wrapped foot. From the nurse's office, he went to the local clinic. There they X-rayed his foot for full damage. No breaks, heavily sprained. Four weeks on crutches were his orders. Through the whole process, Woo Jin remained by his side.

He hadn't lied when he said it hurt before Woo Jin had fallen on him. The last time down the field, his full focus narrowed down to the current task. All he saw was the goal behind Woo Jin. The ball became one with his feet as he moved it down the field. His eyes tracked Woo Jin's movements. He saw the subtle shift of Woo Jin's weight as he leaned sideways. With a quick correction, Ha Joon adjusted his stance and kicked the ball with all that he had.

Woo Jin had never missed one of his goal kicks before. After many failed attempts to even get close to the net, Woo Jin's reflexes kept him from ever making an actual goal. The one time Woo Jin never tripped or stumbled, much to Ha Joon's annoyance. But this time the ball sailed into the net. Ha Joon's heart did a little skip. The ache in his legs and the burning in his chest were minor to the sweet adrenaline that coursed through his body. He could only focus on the ball as it rolled against the net far from Woo Jin's reach.

It wasn't until Woo Jin tackled him, then helped him to his feet did he remember the earlier pain. Woo Jin wouldn't leave him alone, even for a minute. He helped him move from place to place. With an arm for support when he needed it and a shoulder to lean on when he couldn't stand on his own.

"You don't have to keep helping me. I'll be fine on my own."

Ha Joon leaned back against the bus stop's wall with his wrapped foot stretched out before him.

"I am not abandoning you now. I promised I'd take you home, so I will take you home."

Ha Joon fidgeted with the paperwork in his hands. The doctor's order for fastest recovery time. A small lump sat in his stomach as he thought about going home. It wasn't an injury he could hide from his parents, like others had before. With the more obvious injuries he received from his old school, he already knew how they would react. They'd fuss about how it would hamper his studies and hurt his overall performance. But they would forget to ask if he was okay.

"Fine, you can help me, but not all the way."

"Sure." Woo Jin grinned at him as he hugged Ha Joon's bag in his lap.

After the bus arrived, it didn't take long to reach home. Woo Jin had forced Ha Joon into an empty seat while he stood over him, rocking along with every pothole they hit. At his stop, Woo Jin took the lead as Ha Joon hobbled out of the bus with his crutches tucked under his arm.

"This is far enough. You can give me my bag now." Ha Joon said, with his hand outstretched.

"I don't mind."

"It's getting late. And it will take you awhile to go home."

"I can just call my driver."

Ha Joon rolled his eyes. "Rich boy."

"I'm an idiot." Ha Joon blinked at Woo Jin, but said nothing. "Aren't you going to ask why?"

"I figured it was a general statement. Not something that needed explaining." Woo Jin smacked Ha Joon's arm. "Now you're beating up an injured person."

"Did I hurt you?" Woo Jin rubbed the spot on his arm.

"I'm fine. So why are you an idiot?"

"I should have called my driver earlier to take you home. We didn't have to take the bus."
