( y/n) pov
I saw Shadow's mom trying to calm down her husband but he didn't listen, instead she bit him and his eye color went back to normal, his hands went back to normal, and his fur was getting back to its regular length. I had the power to control myself but the werehog form did not go away for another 3 days. I didn't really mind, after all shadow was happy that his dad was ok. He asked his mom, " Am I still grounded, mom?" She looked at him and then said "son, you may have disobeyed your father and me and you talked back to him, but things have been a little out of hand. So what I am going to do, is not ground you right now, ok?" "Yes mom, but...ummm...(sigh) can me and (y/n) sleep together or not?" When he said that, I blushed like crazy because I didn't know that he liked to sleep with me. His mom looked at me still blushing and then looked at her son. Then she sighed and said, " you can sleep with her, only if you treat her right, got it?" "Yes mom, I get it, thank you so much!" His dad looked at his wife and smiled with all the happiness.
Shadow's pov
I was the happiest hedgehog on earth when I heard my parents say that I can sleep with her. I went to (y/n) and I kissed her happily. She looked up at me with the face of happiness spread across her face. Her beautiful eyes sparkled in the light when she heard everything. I could have sworn that I saw tears in her eyes. Not to lie I did want to cry with her. ( it is just happy tears guys, don't worry) I felt the tears in my eyes and hugged her and she hugged back. My parents looked at each other and started to cry with us. We all were tired of crying happy tears, we all passed out on my bed. I laid with (y/n) and wrapped my arms around her. We all had a good night sleep.
( y/n) pov
I felt shadow put his arms around me and I felt safe. I was happy that my boyfriend was a nice and kind person to me. The next morning, we all ate breakfast when I saw shadow holding something behind his back and he looked at his and back to me. I wanted to know what he was up to when he said, " (y/n), we have been dating for a while, and I was just wondering....if maybe..... oh let me just get to it. Will you marry me?" I looked at him in shock and I put my gloved hands over my mouth and said " yes, yes I do." Then I hugged him and he hugged me back.
Some time has passed to the wedding
I was getting ready for the celebration for me and shadow. I had my dress ready and everything. I went down to the party and saw shadow wearing his tuxedo. I went down the stairs when he looked at me in my (f/c) dress. He looked like that he saw an angel coming to him. He looked at sonic, and my other family members and looked back at me. He came to me and told me I looked beautiful. Then someone told everyone that the ceremony begins shortly. Me and shadow took our place. All my bridesmaids gave me a thumbs up for being lucky to have shadow as my husband. Some people I barely know that my parents know were crying because they were jealous that me and shadow were getting married. I felt bad but I had a ceremony to do. When the officiant was saying the ceremony I looked into Shadow's crimson eyes that were glistening in the evening sun. Then the officiant asked me if I wanted to be Shadow's wife and I said " I do" and he went to shadow and asked him if him if he wanted to be my husband and he said " I do" we put the rings on so that everyone knows that we are married. Then the officiant said "you may kiss the bride" we then kissed and everyone clapped and cheered for us. Then we had wedding cake which was vanilla. We had a great time and everyone was happy for us.
Shadow's pov
I had a great time with her and I soon I realized that my parents wanted to have grandkids so I was all blushy and said " mom, dad, don't scare her off but we will try. I told my wife about what my parents had said and she said " Ok, for your parents and my parents and for us." I looked at her and said "you actually want to have kids for the parents and us?" I asked with a huge smile across his face. I think that is the first time she actually seen me smile this big in her life. We hugged for a while after what she said.

A year has passed and I hurried to the hospital and saw lily in the hospital bed. She looked tired and she softly said " Sh-shadow behind you." I looked behind me and saw a nurse with a blanket in her hand. I went toward the nurse to look at what was in her arms. It was a little baby and I looked back at (y/n). She said with her soft voice " that is our daughter, sh-shadow." Then I looked in her eyes, they weren't as pretty as they were a few days ago. Now they are a grey color, I looked at her and asked her if she was ok and she was all limb and said " bye sh-shadow,
I-I love y-you, take care of your d-daughter, p-please. I don't th-think I am going to see her again or y-you. Can I get a hug and a kiss before I go. I didn't know what to do, my wife was dying and my daughter is not going to remember who her mom is and I am going to be stressed for the rest of my life. Then I thought about Maria, my old friend that got murdered and my ex girlfriend. I hugged and kissed her until there was a beep and the nurses and doctors came to help her. One of the nurses told me to get me and my new daughter to get out of the room while they check on my wife. I went out to the hall when I heard screams from other rooms and I heard crying and it stressed me out. I looked at my baby girl and she reminded me of ( y/n) and I looked away from her. Then the door opened and I ran in and saw that they were all crying and saying sorry about what happened and I asked them " what happened, is it my wife." Then they moved aside and I saw her and her eyes were closed. I tried to get her to wake up, but she wouldn't open her eyes. I shook her and said " ( y/n), please wake up, wake up please. I need you what about your daughter and me. You can't leave me too, I miss you already. I love you (y/n) please don't leave us like thi-this. I sobbed talking to her dead body hoping she can her me. There is nothing I can do so I said bye to her and took my daughter and we went home.
