A castle. Wait no... A palace!

"Santa madre delle scuole," (Holy mother of schools) I muttered under my breath as Kade's car rolled down Frier Street, which bordered on the school grounds. The large school was built from red stone and delicate engravings. All the doors were taller than necessary, and every window poured warm dewy light into the school.

Ah... Baton Academy, home for skanks, fuck boys, and— most importantly rich kids who were smarter than they appeared.

I grinned, sinking my teeth into my lower lip.

Wow.

I looked beside me to Flynn, who despite his fighting, still took the loss of sitting in the back seat.

His face was plain, looking around the campus as if it were a McDonalds parking lot.

How could he not look at this place as if it were a magical kingdom?

I shook my head and redirected my gaze back to the scenery around me, my eyes falling on a group of boys walking into school, pushing each other around while laughing.

My jaw dangled open... sophomore boys. Not just any sophomore boys, but the most well-known sophomore boys.

Sam Fletcher.
Austin Dunn.
Spencer Leahey.
Scotty McNeal.

I knew those names by heart. They were in Flynn's grade, all so different from each other, but all so alike in their fuck-boy ways.

Oh, how hard it will be to stay away from them this year...

Sam Fletcher was the leader of the group; golden curly hair and bright blue eyes. He was the perfect surfer boy of every girls dreams... too bad he was also the perfect surfer boy in every girl's pants. Yea, that's right. At only 16, Sam Fletcher had managed to have a higher body count than most seniors— my brother, Kade, included. Hard to believe, I know, but he could seriously get it. With about anyone.

Austin Dunn, 6'2 with shaggy blonde hair and electric blue eyes, was a sports GOD. And when I say GOD, I mean a literal GOD. That boy's body was finer than any super models, and he could play any sport at any time. Baseball's his favorite I'm pretty sure, but he also plays basketball with Flynn- which was mainly the reason why I attended ALL of Flynn's freshman basketball games last year...

Spencer Leahey was just about the smartest kid in the sophomore grade. He was destined to be their future valedictorian. He was every girl's #1 choice for a tutor, but, I can assure you, with every tutoring session- Spencer didn't leave empty handed. He was a fucking machine— excuse my provocativeness. But, none the less, the girls would get an A on a test, and Spencer would get an A+ in bed.

Lastly, Scotty McNeal was about every girls rock fantasy, man could that boy play the guitar. Who am I kidding, he could play about any instrument, and that shit made the girls swoooooon. He had muddy brown eyes and bleach blonde hair that made him stick out in a crowd; he definitely was a head turner at Baton Academy.

And, with just my luck, Flynn was the fifth man in their corral due to his connection to Austin Dunn. You see, Flynn and Austin had been friends since pre-school and had always shared the same love for basketball. Meaning, I had just that much more of a chance to talk to Austin and his friends. Now, I'm not saying it'll be the easiest thing in the world since my brothers and just about the entire school know of their reputation, but hey, a girl can try— right?
