Owen : Hey Alli this whole confusion thing your doing with Dallas is really taking a tole on him, he's trying to damage school property AGAIN what's up with you ?

Alli : *turn her head around fast* I'm scared I love him okay ? I just don't want to get hurt I've been through alot with boys and I don't need my parents to be mad at me again or leaving Degrassi

Owen : Bhandri look at me

Alli : *looks at him*

Owen : Now you and I know he wouldn't hurt you

Alli : *looks down*

Owen : See you know that' the truth just try to work everything out for the both of you, you see he's trying *the teacher walks away so he take his seat* Dallas I know why she's acting like that

Dallas : Why is that ?

Owen : She's scared that you would hurt her because she loves you

Dallas : She said that ? *look at her*

Owen : Yeah she just doesn't want to be hurt she made some bad choices in dealing with boys she doesn't want it to happen again but I know you wouldn't hurt her

Dallas : I would never

Owen : Then try to make it work, she'll give in or come around when she feel like it

Owen can pretty much help yo through all of your problems he knows when something is bothering you.

I know Jay is from like season 4. I Always thought Jay was Owen because they looked alike so sorry for the name switch
