Medoran Chronicles Alex X Kaiden

Ch 5

We took our things in to Kaiden's room. Having only three rooms and three beds I had to share a bed with Kaiden. Kaiden also told me to change into my bathers. Once they had unpacked and put swimmers on with their day clothes over the top they went out to the family room seeing Nisha sat at the table and Jeera making Dribbleberry juice.

"Alex and I are going to go out to the beach." Kaiden called out to his aunt.

"Okay be back by dark." She responded so they walked out the house towards the raring beach bellow.

"Race you there." I called before speeding off at Mayarian speed.

"NO FAR." Kaiden called from behind running at normal speed.

When I reached the beach I took off my dress to reveal my light blue bikini. I ran into the cold water just as Kaiden caught up. Taking off his shirt so he was just in his swimming shorts he followed me in chasing me as I swam away. He soon caught up to me wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Got you." He said before kissing me. "I win."

"Nuh, I win I got here first." I argued.

"No I win because I have you." He said kissing me again.

"Then I win because I have you." I said against his lips as our lips moved as one.

Un-noticed by us Jeera had come down to give us some dribble berry juice. Seeing us kissing she pulled out her Com-TCD and took a photo sending it to Blake telling him to send it to Bear who would send it to the others.

"Lovebirds, dribbleberry juice." Embarrassed we pulled apart blushing.

"How long were you there?" Kaiden asked his sister.

"Long enough to take this." She said pulling out her Com-TCD again and showing us the photo.

Embarrassed I ran back into the water trying to drown myself. Kaiden chasing after me and pulling me back up out of the water after a few minutes of me not re-surfacing.

"Hey-" I was about to complain but Kaiden cut me off.

"Don't you dare, you can not go drowning on me." His eyes were filled with worry, I looked past him to see Jeera also running out with a worried look matching Kaiden's.

Kaiden all but carried me back to shore and back up to the house with Jeera picking up our abandon clothes. Kaiden took me back to our room Jeera leaving our clothes at the door and leaving.

"You have to stop doing that trying to escape from your fears. You need to talk to me not run off it's not like she sent the photo to anyone and she deleted it." I felt ashamed.

"I'm sorry, I'm used to dealing with things on my own. I'm not used to having someone there and I struggle through everything still. I keep getting flashes of the war. Administrator Jarvis, Pipsqueak, Mayra. Xira, Jordan, Bear, Declan, You. I sometimes feel alone like this isn't real." I said starting to cry.

Kaiden pulled me close to him.

"Alex it's okay, this is real, your not alone we are alive and those that died they are safe and at peace now and Alex you need to tell me these sought of things I can help you." I nodded into his shoulder as I cried.
