Part 20

Its been a year since she left. Our communication has been off after 6 months, she's been busy sending SM Ent her portfolios and Ive been busy with recording for our debut. By the way we won WIN. Our team is now Winner!
Supposedly we're to debut at the beginning of the year but its been moved to August for better quality.

Theres only a week left before the debut so Ive been really busy. I wonder how shes doing. Weve been leaving each other messages but these days it got lesser.

I sat on the couch and watched kdrama.

Jinwoo: Mino-ya! Whats wrong? since when did you start watching kdrama?

Mino: since the day i lived in this house with you kekeke.

Jinwoo: geotjimal!

Mino: alright alright!

I went back to my room and left the kdrama with jinwoo hyung.
I sat on my study table and found the notebook i left at her place. Whats this doing here. I opened the notebook to check if she left me a note. There was nothing. I got frustrated and threw the book at the wall. To my surprise it opened to the last page. There was a card key sticked on the notebooks cover. Its a key to a hotel. And there was a sticky note on the last page.

[annyeong oppa! its been a while. ive missed you. When you get this please go to the hotel room thats indicated on the card key. -사월]

I quickly put on clothes and hurried to the hotel.

I arrived at room 1008. I stood there for a moment. What if shes here. What if shes not. What am i going to tell her. Aish! sawol you pabo! why are you playing with me?

I finally opened the door. The lights we're off it was dark. I tried to feel the wall for the switch. When i turned it on i saw the living room. The curtains were closed so i opened it and the city lights took my breath away. The view was incredible. I tried to look for clues or anything that will answer why im in this hotel.
I switched on the tv and to my surprise it was Sawol.

Sawol: Annyeong Oppa! ive missed you. Its been over a year now. How are you? I watched the last episode of WIN and was really happy when you guys won. Congratulations! i wasnt expecting you to cry like a baby though. Hahah.

I laughed at myself. All the while i was watching the video i smiled.

Sawol: Oppa! did you wait for me?

I wanted to say Yes but it wouldnt make any sense. I became nervous. Why is she making this video? is she dead? or did something bad happen? i felt cold sweat all over my body.

Sawol: If no, i would understand. Its been a long while since we talked. We've been busy with our lives. I did college online and work online although it was easier if i was in korea. Before i left i really didnt know if i was coming back. Thats why i didnt want to inform you. I broke down when you came to the airport. I thought I was never going to see you again. So if thats the case you turn the tv off and go back to where youre supposed to be.

She got teary eyed on tv. i smiled at her even though i know that she wouldnt see it and wouldnt know that im still here for her just waiting and working hard.

Sawol: But if yes, i want you to stay and keep watching.

Ofcourse I stayed.

Sawol: If youre still watching this it means that youre still waiting for me. Theres a blind fold on the table i want you to put that on. Now you cant take it off unless i say so. I want you to listen to the music il be playing. Remember dont take it off unless I say so.

I put on the blind fold while the music coming from the tv became louder. She played 2ne1's missing you. Winner version.
I was singing the song in my head. When the bridge was coming on the music stopped. Whats going on? i panicked. I wanted to take off the blind fold but i kept it on hoping that it was part of Sawols crazy scheme.
Its been a minute since the music cut off.

"Patience"

I figured that the tv turned back on.

"Oppa,You can take your blind fold off now."

I bowed my head and took the blind fold off and when i opened my eyes i saw my feet and a girls feet. I slowly looked up and there she was.

My Sawol, sitting in front of me her hair was in dark brown like it was on tv and she had on a white blouse with black satin shorts with her long legs complimenting her outfit. She was smiling at me and I felt like I was in heaven. Her eyes glistening. Istood up and felt the warmth all over my body. My heart raised its beat and my body froze. I was lost of word i couldnt let out a single breathe thinking that I might suffocate her. I reached out to her hand and held it. We were standing close to each other

Mino: its really you! i cant believe it. Its been forever. You look good.

I couldnt help but smile at her and compliment her.

Sawol: So you really did wait for me?

Mino: Anniyo! I was just curious whats going to happen if i stayed.

Sawol: Yah!!

She frowned at me and let go of my hand. She started to walk away from me. I grabbed her hand and pull her towards me. She had her back on me so i hugged her.

Mino: Ive been waiting for this day. I would never let you go. Not anymore.

She grabbed my arms that are around her then she said

Sawol: I know that youd wait.

That night we went out for dinner with the boys and Tae Yeon noona.

Tae Yeon: cheers to winners debut!

Everyone: cheers!

Seungyoon: when did you come back sawol?

Sawol: just this morning

Seungyoon: and you managed to do all of that.

Seunghoon: tch~ when you team up with an expert its easy as pie.

Taehyun: Ahhhh! thats why you asked me to go to that hotel with you and make reservations!! you said your parents were coming!! geotjimal!!! hyung!!!

Seunghoon felt witty. You could see it on his face. Kekeke

Jinwoo: Are you guys official now?

Sawol: Anni Oppa

Mino: We still have alot to prepare for before settling down.

Seunghoon: yah! you talk like youre gettibg married

Mino: kekeke. Why not?

Sawol: yaaah! im too young!

She hits me on my arm and pouts.
I drove noona and sawol back to the hotel.

Mino: Are you not staying at your condo?

Taeyeon: Anni, the cleaners will be there tomorrow to fix things up. I didnt know she was coming today so o ddnt get it ready.

Sawol: Besides we're going to get a spa tomorrow morning might as well do it here.

Mink: tch~ girls.

We arrived at the hotel. Taeyeon noon got out first.

Mino: Im glad youre back.

Sawol: me too.

Mino: dont you dare leave or else youd have me follow you wherever!

Sawol: araso! oppa kamsahamnida. Goodbam!

Mino: goodbam sawol-sii!

She left the car and stood there as i drove out to the highway. I reached the dorm in about 15 minutes.

In my room..

I was looking through the pictures on my phone and kept on zooming in Sawol. I really couldnt believe that shes back. Shes here. The love of my life is here. Shed comback to my arms. The sad news is that we cant do anything public since in debuting in a couple of days. But who cares.

I turned off my lights hid under the covers and dosed off.
