"I can't deal with this silence anymore." Claire said walking up to her mother in the kitchen. Liz turns to her, her heart breaking even more as she watches tears slowly slip down her daughters face. "I just lost the man who raised me... please don't tell me I've lost my mother too." Claire's voice cracks.
"Oh, baby, no" Liz whispers walking over to her. Claire clenches her eyes shut and hugs Liz tightly. "You didn't lost me, I'm so sorry" Liz whispers. "I was just angry. I don't understand you connection to the Mikaelson's. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
Claire cried on her mothers shoulder, gripping her tightly like a lifeline. Liz could feel a few tears slip down her own face. She rubs her daughters back slowly. She whispers comforting things in her ear, trying to calm her down.
"Where the hell have you been?" Henrik snapped stepping outside. He glares at Klaus for not coming sooner before his eyes went to his other brother. "Kol" He whispers.
"Henrik?" Kol asked looking at him. "How is this possible?"
"Our mate is very extraordinary." Henrik says smiling at him. Kol smiles and quickly hugs his brother. They hadn't been that close during their human life but Kol missed him. He mourned his younger brother like the rest of his family. Now he's back and he felt ecstatic.
"Where's Claire?" Klaus asks once Kol and Henrik pull away.
"She's with her mother, thought I'd give her a few minutes alone." Henrik said. Klaus grumbles but stays on the porch. He looks through the window seeing Claire hugging her mother and knew it would be best to stay outside for a few moments. "How did the dinner go?"
"As good as one can expect" Elijah says appearing with Finn.
"You're actually..." Finn whispers his voice fading out.
"In the flesh." Henrik said giving him a cheeky smile.
"Mother truly wasn't lying." Finn said. Henrik frowns his eyebrows.
"Mother?" Henrik questioned.
"Looks like you're not the only one that's come back from the dead." Klaus said clapping him on the back of his shoulder. "Mother dearest is alive and well."
"She was in the locked coffin" Henrik realizes. Klaus nods.
"Excuse me, gentlemen." Elijah said walking past them and in the house. He had seen Liz let go of Claire and walk down the hall leaving their mate alone. He opens the door and walks inside. Klaus instantly follows behind him.
Kol and Finn try to follow in after Henrik but can't since their not invited in. Kol growls in annoyance. He wanted nothing more than to be with her but the barrier wouldn't let him.
"You're here" Claire whispers, a ghost smile appearing on her lips.
"Of course we're here" Elijah says kissing her forehead gently.
