Everything shook.
It shook with such a great force that his teeth clattered and every bone in his body felt disconnected, shattered. The sheer speed made his stomach drop and he tried to ignore the screams of the other delinquents. Just as he was sure the drop ship would explode and he would die for nothing...everything went still. The heavy silence lasted only for a few moments as buckles were undone and cautious footsteps taken.

Laughter and nervous chatter filled Bellamy Blake's ears as he stood and walked towards the drop ship door, the only barrier between one hundred teenage criminals and a planet soaked in radiation for almost a century.
A crowd gathered around eagerly. "Back it up, back it up," he told them, a few of the older boys joining him. His hand grabbed the lever, "Who's ready to see earth?"

Yells and hollers along with a few whistles were his answer. With a smirk he turned to pull it down, to see the ground, but a loud shout of "Stop!" filled the ship and was accompanied by the rattling of a ladder from one of the upper levels. A girl jumped down, pushing to the front of the crowd and Bellamy held his breath.

Clarke Griffin.

The girl that he had three months to lie to, kidnap and kill stood before him, her lips set in a line. She resembled the picture he had been shown quite greatly except her blonde hair was in a braid and her face seemed thinner, less round with even less color. Thats what lock up could do to you, he thought. Especially someone like her.
She was shorter than he had expected but her blue-green eyes were determined.

"The air could be toxic," she said, her hands on her round hips, her eyebrows raised slightly in waiting.
He bit his lip, she had a point but he wasn't going to let her know that he partially agreed with her.
"If the air is toxic then we're all dead anyway."

He was about to pull the latch but a small whisper stopped him, again.
"Bellamy?"

A young teen pushed through the crowd, her bright eyes wide. He gathered her in his arms without a second thought. After a year of worrying his sister was finally here. She pulled away a smile on her lips.
"What are you doing here?"
"Somebody's got make sure you don't do anything stupid," he winked. Octavia rolled her eyes but her smile grew.

Throughout this moment Bellamy had tried to ignore the whispers about the only two siblings of the human population, about how she had been locked up after they found her and their mother had been executed for the crime of having a second child.

O heard too and her fists clenched and before she could slap a bitch, he turned her face up to his with a finger.

"Lets give them something else to remember you by."
"Like what," she snapped.
"Being the first person on the ground in a hundred years." And with that he pulled the latch.

It was so bright.
It was as if Clarke had been submerged in darkness her whole life until this singular waking moment, where the breeze tousled her hair carrying the sent of wildflowers and the sun warmed her face. So many colors. The white and brown of the tree trunks, the green of the wispy grass and the blue of the sky. It seemed to stretch so far that just looking at the faint horizon behind the mountain range made her feel like she could fall off the edge of the earth.

The girl, who had been in lock up merely for being born stepped out onto the ground, her dark hair caught in the breeze and her pretty face in awe.
"We're back BITCHES!" she screamed.

Everybody rushed out screaming along with her, rushing to explore their new home. They were home.

Clarke smiled, for the first time in almost a year she allowed her lips to curve upwards almost until they uncovered her teeth.

Blue. The sky was blue.

He watched his sister proudly. For the first time in her life she was free.
Everything was a blur. Earth, holy crap he was on earth.

Holy shit.

In his moment of almost excitement he felt someone standing beside him. Clarke.
He had almost forgotten about her but the threat and his word haunted him. How could he kidnap and most likely kill a girl who in their first five minutes on earth had already gone up up against him?

"We're going to have a problem, me and you... aren't we?"

Bellamy looked over at her but her steel gaze was centered forward. He nodded.
"Good."
And with that she walked off.

He sighed. I can do it in 3 months, he told himself. Just like I'm supposed too.

But Clarke had plans of her own.
