He leaned against a tree, enjoying the feeling of bark against his back. The 100 were all in a slight form of chaos. Running, climbing, screaming, anything that included savoring their new home and freedom. Bellamy watched on observing the fire makers and the rest of the juveniles making sure nothing too stupid happened.
He wasn't exactly sure if he would take the place of "camp leader" but it interested him greatly. Already everybody had listened to and rallied with him... well, almost everyone.
He bit his lip.Clarke.
He had let her go to Mt. Weather along with spacewalker, the guy that wore goggles and his companion, plus Octavia much to Bellamy's disappointment. Already he was twisted with worry, not for Griffin's life but for his sister's.
Clarke was the bait to get her mother to talk or give something up. That hidden information was the only thing between O and a device implanted in her skin that could stop her heart with a click of the button. That button was in space, on the ark. That's how 'they' had gotten him to do the mission, threaten to take away the only person he cared about, the only person he loved, then gave him the gun to shoot the chancellor.
And he could not fail, for Octavia would still receive the same fate.On the ark Bellamy had been part of a secret organization called the Sanguis, made up of the lower class. They stole from and blackmailed and sometimes even killed the privileged and members of the chancellor's inner circle. The only reason he joined them was because the money that he was payed kept his family going but they had never asked him to kill someone, so this is why it was so damn hard.
He felt the radio in his pocket and the gun rubbing against his lower back.
Why me?

The leaves crunched loudly under their feet. The sound was pleasant compared to the usual clicking against metal floors but it was loud enough to scare away any living thing within 100 meters.
Blake had sent Clarke with a small group but she was glad that she wasn't by herself even if they were making slow progress.
"Come on Clarke," Finn said smiling. "Enjoy earth for a moment, we got plenty of time."She rolled her eyes and joined the back of the group leaving him and Octavia to flirt. The two boys at the back were characters, telling stories and arguing over plants. Jasper was taller, lanky with shaggy hair, cheerful eyes and goggles while the other Monty, was shorter with dark hair and almond shaped eyes. Clarke could see being their friend.
Yet she felt almost lonely. Pretty much everybody had come down with someone or they wouldn't have trouble meeting new people, Clarke however was alone, and she knew it would affect her more than she could care to admit.

That night at camp the 100 had a large fire going lighting up the forest, they were also taking off their wristbands.
He had heard the princess mention to someone about how the devices sent their vital signs to the ark so they would know if it was safe to come down. If the ark came down Bellamy's crime of shooting Jaha was punishable by death. He wasn't going to let that happen.Him and a few of the guys had told the teens that the wrist bands made them criminals and caged on to their total freedom, they listened.
Cheers went down as Murphy broke off a girl's one. She cringed but then threw her hands in the air joining the cries of the night.Perhaps he ought to have felt guilty, but he didn't, even when Wells came. Wells had shouted at them, repeating what Griffin had said. "The ark won't come down if they think we're dead."
"Then let them," Bellamy started with a smirk on his face. "We're free now, we don't have to listen to the ark anymore, we are free. No more rules just whatever the hell we want. Whatever the hell we want!"
Murphy and Atom joined in followed by Miller and soon most of the camp.
"Whatever the hell we want!"
It got louder.
"Whatever the hell we want!"
The chant rose until it shook the ground and seemed to echo in the sky.
"WHATEVER THE HELL WE WANT!"Suddenly a large boom shook the sky but not from their shouting. Water poured down from the clouds.
Rain. Actual rain.
Everybody screamed and laughed and held their arms out."We need to collect this," Wells said as if it wasn't the first time he'd ever experienced something like this.
"Whatever the hell you want."Bellamy tipped his head to the sky as Wells walked away, letting the cool water drip down his neck and face, washing everything away.
Nope, he thought. Not guilty at all.

She watched the luminescent flowers with interest. Clarke sat on a log letting the bright colors wash over her face. Oh earth, how many more wonders do have hidden?
She looked up, the moon was bright yet the stars still glittered covering every part of the sky like a blanket. It was weird seeing them so far away but also pleasureful in the same way. Her eyes caught sight of the ark, just a tiny speck in the galaxy, nothing too important, well at least it seemed that way.
Clarke's parents were somewhere up there in the deep abyss of the sky. They had never believed in heaven but Clarke liked to think that they were somewhere, preferably watching over her. After her father had been executed for trying to spill the secret of the decreasing oxygen and she had been thrown in lockup, her mother had been killed. They couldn't find the killer so the council just titled it as suicide but Clarke knew better. Her mother wouldn't leave her behind or fail her people when she was the best doctor, and when a guard had snuck her a copy of the autopsy her proclamations were true.
Abigail Griffin had been murdered, she didn't know by who's hand but she'd figure it out and they would pay.She touched the knife in her boot. Find the killer or not someone was going to pay.

He watched Wells step out from the trees, watched his jaw twitch.
"I'm guessing you were the one Miller said I had to talk to," he stated keeping a good distance between the two. Bellamy nodded but his gaze fell as three guys surrounded Wells grabbing hold of his arm.
"I'd say I'm sorry, but you can't apologize for something that had to be done."He walked away quickly, ignoring Wells' angered cries as they pried off his wristband.

The spear flew out of no where.
One second they had been laughing and the next Jasper was down from across the river, a spear right where his heart would be.
"We're not alone," Clarke whispered hoarsely after they had all ducked behind the rocks.
"We're not alone at all."____________________________________________________
