This little girl looked at the above
and asked for love
She's tired of getting hurt
and having her life fall apart
Wondering how long can she take it
and if fighting will help her make it
Can't no body see she's hurt
and all the pain left her with hate
This little girl is waiting for
someone to heal her heart
and care for her
while keeping her in one piece
If someone can hear her:
Why let her beg for a shoulder?
Why let her down
and let her fend for her own?
This little girl is losing hope
and no longer know's how to cope
Only if someone was there for her
to let her know they care for her
Perhaps her soul will still be here
and her heart be full of cheer
