CHAPTER 29 - BEST CONFESSION EVER

JASS'S POV

"It's Rose right" He stops again and he face me with a little shock and anger in his face. I grin. Sabi na eh.

"I want to say something" hindi ko na sya hinintay na sumagot. Tumalikod na ko and pumasok sa isang room, of course different from the room kung nasan sila Lily ngayon.

"problema mo ba hah?" as expected he followed me. I face him.

"It's just that hmm.. you know naman na King likes Rose the way you like her too, right?"

"Oh, tapos" I smiled. I can sense that he's irritated.

"Ok, I want you to help me" Biglang sumama ang tingin niya sakin.

Honestly Russel and I are not close to each other. We barely talk and I never ask for his help. If I needed something direct to King agad ako. In short, this is the first time I ask for his help.

"I want you to help me na di magkatuluyan si Chad and Rose. I still like King and I still can't bare the fact that they can be together na. So help me, then you can have Rose after that. What do you think?"

He chuckles then sumandal sya sa wall ng room then he stares at me. I can't find the words to describe his stares. Well, I really can't predict this guy.

"Alam mo bang gusto kita"

"What?!" Shock filled me.

"Pero dati yun. You can say na first love kita. Kung love ngang matatawag yun"

Nagtaka ko bigla. I don't know kung anong irereact ko sa sinabi nya. I didn't expect it. Kahit minsan hindi ko nahalata na Russel liked me or loved me o kung ano pa man. We never talked. Well we do pero saglitan lang palagi.

"I don't understand you. You're joking, right?" I never expect this.

"Nagkainterest ako sayo dahil sa pagmamahal na nararamdaman mo kay dre. Sabihin nating nakakahanga yung tindi ng pagmamahal na meron ka sa kanya"

"Well, that's true" I proudly say with matching big smile pa.

"pero yun din ang naging dahilan para kainisan kita ng sobra. Yung tipong ayaw na kitang makita dahil nakakairita ka"

"What!? How dare you!? Tss.. ang gulo mo!"

I feel irritated sa sinabi nya. Honestly, this is the first time na narinig kong magsalita ng mahaba si Russel. Matipid sya magsalita kahit sino man ang kausap nya.

Honestly I had a crush on him dahil kasing gwapo nya si King and malapit pa siya kay King. So gusto kong maging kaclose sya but he shows no interest to me and besides sobrang boring nya kasama. Parang everytime na kausap mo sya kailangan mong hulaan kung ano yung laman ng bawat words nya.And I hate guessing kaya sumuko na ko na maging kaclose siya. Then, now he's talking to me saying that he liked me. LIKED as in past tense ha.

"Ngayon hindi na ko naiirita sayo parang gusto na kitang kamuhian" Biglang nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi niya. I feel like hitting him.

"What are you saying? You shouldn't be. Let's be partners" Yeah, ito ang reason why we're talking right now, ang maging partners in crime ko sya.

"Haha. Ngayon napatunayan kong hindi talaga kita gusto at nagpapasalamat ako at hindi kita matatawag na first love ko. Dahil nagkainterest lang naman ako sayo dahil nga sa pagmamahal mo kay dre diba at ngayon ang pagmamahal na yun ay naging obsession na, kaya nakakairita na"

The beast inside me ay gusto nang magwala. I really wanted to hit this guy and crush his bones to pieces.

"This is not obsession!! I really do love him! I still love him! Akala ko wala na pero sa tuwing naiisip ko that He and Rose can be together and will be happy. I can't bare it. I can't bare that thought. Alam kong ikaw din diba. The day I saw you and Rose together I got the idea na you like Rose. And napatunayan ko na yan dahil sa pagreject mo kay Lily. I don't care if I'm your first love or not, the important thing is you help me to make King and Rose hate each other"

He chuckles na pinagtaka ko.

"And you think na papayag ako sa gusto mo?" napalunok ako ng laway sa sinabi nya.

"And why not?" medyo nag-aalangang sabi ko.

"Hindi mo talaga ko kilala noh. Hindi ko akalain na sinayang ko ang boses ko para sayo. Sige alis nako"

"No! Wait!" I won't let this conversation to end like this.

"I know na ayaw mong ibetray si King but hindi mo naman gagawin yun eh. Hindi pa sila, so kahit akitin mo si Rose or i-court mo sya they can never say na binetray mo si King dahil hindi pa naman sila. So you just need to help me na hindi maging sila and to make them hate each other then after that you can have Rose na hindi kayo nag-aaway ni King" I said desperately.

Lumapit naman sya sakin and make a deep eye contact with me.

"May ipagtatapat ako sayo..." I just stare to his eyes and wait for his next lines.

"Alam mo ba kung bakit gusto talaga namin ni Rose? It's because she's the total opposite of you" nag-apoy ang mata ko and I slap him with all my strength.

"Thanks. This is the best confession EVER" I push him a way from me and I angrily walk out of that damn classroom.

Damn you Russel Llanas!! You just make me hate you so much!! Ito nga ang first time na kinausap mo ko ng mahaba. This is also the first time that I heard you say long lines. Ito pala ang kalalabas ng pagsasalita mo ng mahaba. Tss.. I even wish na sana mabawasan ang katahimikan mo para maging inetresting ka kausap but now I really regret it.

If you don't like to help me edi FINE! I can do my plan by myself. A**hole Russel!! Mamatay kana sana!! Damn it!
