Harper pranced across the parking lot, palms tightened close, wanting to punch anything with his angry fists.

The stranger has the audacity to be fucking angry with them, when all they did was help his sorry ass.

'What a fucking rude asshole!'

He tried to relax himself, breathing a mouthful of air before closing his eyes. He sighed, fishing out for his pack of cigarettes.

"Shit." He felt nothing but his lighter and he remembered he left them on the motel room.

Harper could go back and get them, but he might risked beating a bratty boy up and that's the last thing the others want right now.

"Looking for this?" Harper glanced up, his sight welcomed by Sonny's warm smile. The other man was jiggling his left hand, holding his cigarette pack.

Harper nodded silently, thanking the other when he handed it out to him. He lit a stick with his lighter, before taking a long deserved puff---breathing it out as his riled nerves loosen up.

He glanced at Sonny who was watching him with curious eyes. "What?"

"I just don't get why people get addicted into that stuff." Sonny said, his shoulders rising albeit. "It's deadly and the smell is absolutely disgusting."

Harper chuckled, reaching for another stick on his pocket before handing it to Sonny, "Want to find out?"

Sonny glared at the thing suspiciously before hesitantly grabbing it, "I don't know, Harp."

"Come on, first time for everything."

Harper lit Sonny's cigarette, the smoke gradually raising into the cold air.

Sonny reluctantly put the stick in between his lips, taking a deep huff before coughing uncontrollably.

Harper laughed, patting the other on his back, "Ease down, newbie. Try a slower approach next time."

Sonny shook his head, gently handing the lit cigarette to Harper's hand as he coughed. "No thank you, good sir. I am never trying that again."

Harper snickered, throwing his almost finished smoke onto the ground, crushing it with his foot.

He proceeded smoking Sonny's stick, "Suit yourself, Curlies."

Sonny beamed, choosing to glance up on the empyrian sky instead. They hung about into the cold air, not talking about anything but appreciating each other's company.

Harper joined the other, setting his gaze on top of the sky---mesmerized on the thousands of stars that glittered the usually dark night.
